Best Western Hotel Hamburg International

Clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff

Triple room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Shower was decent. Staff were friendly enough. Cheap price

The room had a musty smell, like dogs had been staying in there. Hairdryer didnt work very well. With heating on, the room was boiling hot.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs at the restaurant.

Take long time to waiting for helping at the car parking. We got help from other hotel staff.

The main building rooms are newer shower was good

The new rooms are better but do need comfortable pillows also staff needs to let people know that their are fans available in closet it got very hot in the room

Disappointed with noise

Ground works drilling etc. starting at 0800 outside of our room

Very well located opposite the U-Bahn. Cozy bar and excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Grate location, friendly staff, wifi was ok

Old room, pillows were not good

Parking was nice. Bathroom was modern. Haribo’s on the bed.

There was an odor in the hotel and in our room. It smelled moldy and old. No fridge in the room. And the street sound was very loud with drunk people waiting on taxi’s in the midnight. Also no ice cube machine

A convenient location - about a 20-minute subway ride to Speicherstadt, for example.Considering Hamburg standards, the price is still fair, and we got everything we needed during our 2-night stay.Parking is available on-site for an additional fee, but there are also free street parking options nearby.Breakfast was a bit pricey, but enjoyable.

Lovely staff. Very clan and comfortable

Not much in the immediate vicinity

Room was great...very clean...although outside the city...hotel is right near to a metro stop and 10 mins ride to city centre....didnt have the breakfast (not really a breakfast eater) but it is meant to be excellent.

Bed mattress was a bit too firm and the douvet was a bit small for me personally,

slept well, breakfast was very good.

1)it was not obvious there was a kettle until we found it packing away - it would have been good to have it visible, 2) the process for getting in and out the car park would benefit from being explained in the info you get before arrival instead of having so sent a passenger out to run in and ask..

the place was local to everything

Now air conditioning in the rooms and night staff was rude, cleaners exceptionally rude

The room was spacious the staff friendly and the location was ideal, very close to the bus station as well as the metro station.

locations

no air conditioning no fridge in the rooms

It was decent, relatively clean on the first sight.

The hotel rooms are outside, and the building is quite outdated. The rooms itself are quite small compared to the pictures, there is no fridge, and the bathroom has small openings between the walls and ceiling which led to bugs coming to the room.

Lovely roomComfortable bedsBar area was good to relax in

Tea/coffee was not refilled on the second day.
