- Very cool and individually styled room in a beautiful historic building, large and spacy, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Very nice in-house restaurant (Neni) and bar (Boilerman). Perfect location for exploring the Hafencity.
Cons -
- The room was dark because of insufficient lighting.
- It was in an area that’s still being developed which is interesting but is also very close to a boring cookie cutter Westfield shopping centre
- No coffee in the room, only tea.

Styling of the rooms and hotel is work well for Hamburg. Great location both for things in the area and for transport
Room was a little bit noisy as noise from the bar underneath came through. Not a big deal though as the bar seemed to shut around midnight
Excellent property decorated with great attention to detail - every corner reflects Hamburg's maritime history. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Exceptional location, just steps from the Maritime Museum and well-connected by the nearby metro station. The Westfield shopping center is also within walking distance. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and very courteous staff. The restaurant is open until evening and offers a fairly extensive menu. It's a bit small, so I'd recommend booking in advance. I had a wonderful stay.
Two very small water bottles for two people and two days are a bit a small quantity, would be nice to have the water refilled daily.
Staff really nice, cozy interior and best of all the large brass table in the Neni restaurant!
Would have been nice with more than one coffee to brew i the room. A bath tub also

It is the second time I stay with 25hours hotel and struggle with getting e-invoice. I’m being promised to have one. But I don’t receive it. I contact reception afterwards and ask to send it - but to no avail. There is now no intention to save paper cause next time this would the most convenient way to get it - is to print immediately. Very sad.
Good location and good service
Fire alarms in the morning, I woke up three times because of them and didn't hear any proper explanations, instructions, or apologies.I booked the largest room, and in fact the layout of the room was completely different than in the photos, which I usually accept as normal, but in this case it plays a big role.
The location was really good. If you plan to visit the haffen city I definitely recommend it. You also have access to multiple buses and metro stations.Additionally the place has a nice nautical vibe and character (though sometimes it seems to be form over function). The amenities were also sufficient, with good air conditioning and even cold beverages in the fridge.
The extra bed (for the third person) was rather small and not very comfortable. Actually I think it was the bed bench in the image. I wouldn't recommend this room if you are 3 adults. For us that was the only issue.
I liked my room. It was cosy! The location is great! Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.Very good breakfast!
Location, staff, and comfort are excellent. I asked for a quite room on the upper floor which they provided. However, my room came with two sloping roof windows but I hoped to have a room with a view. However, the view is a green tree which is not the worst but I was a bit disappointed by that.
My sloping roof window had no view. Plus, I discovered by accident that I could use the sauna in their sister hotel around the corner, but it was already too late so that I couldn't use it. Earlier information, for example, during check-in, would have been great.
Great location but this is not the one connected to the mall. The typewriter was great for our child but had to restrict use as worried about the noise. Someone came to make up bis bed immediately which was great. Made to order eggs at breakfast.
Room large but impractical. Lots of unused space. Little natural light. No simple table and chairs. We had one of the larger rooms which turned out to be right next to the smoking room and terrace with the smell wafting into the room. Window curtains in bathroom with blood stains on them. Personnel in the breakfast area unfriendly (not the cook, the waiting staff).
Good location, large room and comfy bed.
No indication on where the entrance to the underground parking is, which is on a side street. I had to call to find it out. And it is quite dark everywhere. I like light and for me it was uncomfortably too dark.
Modern and very nice hotel. Great location

Beautiful historic Bildung with lots of Charme. Location was absolutely amazing. Reception staff were super friendly. We loved the art, small accents, colours and the lighting concept.Feels almost like a boutique hotel.Hotel breakfast was yummy. Lovely room with a nice view. High ceiling, comfortable bed :)
Firstly it was lovely, and what I am saying is more of feedback to take in rather than me saying I didn’t like it.- The room we had could use here and there a bit of a refresh for example there is Marks on the wall that make it look a bit overused same as bigger holes in the bed frame - couch area we had was ok but felt a bit overused - Breakfast was until 11.30 we came at 10.30 and the buffet looked not so inviting anymore, some items just missing and wouldn’t be refilled. Although the waiters were super nice!! they could even be more attentive and actively approach one to make the Guest feel more welcome and seen throughout the whole stay.
Traditional classic feeling, very near to the site seeings and not far from central train station. My family liked the classic architecture of the hotel,. and many thanks to the hotel staff, they are so friendly, helpful and most of all the big smile on their face!
Really lovely old building, exceptionally helpful staff in a great location for the Hafenstadt! The bed in particular was super comfy.
Due to it being a wonderful old building, and the chosen lighting style it was ever so slightly dark.
Breakfast
No air conditioning. Lack of assistance in finding a doctor when we needed one.
Style of decor..Free beer in the minibar!
No coffee in the room.A couple of things loose in the bathroom.
