Good bed, quiet area, big room.

Room was a bit cold

The staff was wonderful, and especially the staff member dealing with the breakfast. She was very nice and helpful, asking if there was anything I needed, and if everything was to my liking, and doing her best to make smalltalk and brighten the cloudy mornings.The breakfast selection itself was nice for the small size, with freshly baked breads, cheeses, smoked sausages and salmon, muesli and cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, eggs, tomatoes, etc.The bathroom looked and smelled very clean, with the scent of bleach and disinfectant still in the air when I arrived.Location-wise, it's very close to the X35 bus, taking you to the city center in about 30 mins.

The building could use some upkeep, unfortunately. There's carpet patchwork everywhere, bleach stains, and random "color blotches" on the carpet from god knows what.Although clean, there's rust in random places in the shower, and around the bathroom, giving off a bit of a neglected vibe.

Stairs on both side of the hotel was a problem for my wife and the bathroom could use some updating.

The location, the free parking in front of the hotel, big rooms, great mattress, good towels and the breakfast was tasty!

A bit expensive

The staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with their service. But my room was near a busy street, so not comfortable if you have problems sleeping with traffic noise at night. But for the price generally I was satisfied.

Friendly staff. Large and comfortable room. It’s a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

The bed was extremely comfortable and exactly what we needed for a good night sleep while driving through Germany. Parking was free. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. All in all a very good value for money.

I travelled to visit a company next to the airport so location was good. 10' away from it by bus. If you want to go to the centre it'll take a bit more. Around the hotel you have restaurants, a supermarket, hair dresser, bakery,..., so basics are covered. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good and enough.Ensuite single room was cleaned with enough space for clothes, a secretary to work and an armchair to chill. Spacious bathroom

WiFi signal was not that strong. Water from the shower leaks a bit outside, floor gets wet. Nothing dramatic. Mattress a bit soft for my taste (maybe needs to be changed) but I slept well

Very nice, quiet room. It even had a lovely little balcony. Plenty of space. Very nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. The bathroom was fine.

Room was POOR no aircon 30C simply the price was extortionate. Breakfast moderate and I would NEVER stay there again.The only decent service came from a young man on the reception desk

I have absolutely nothing negative to say, it’s in a great location especially for going to hospital appointments in UKE and israletiches Krankenhaus. The staff are very friendly the room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. It’s a hotel we always book whenever we need to go to any hospital appointments.
