Kleines Hotel Heimfeld

Their parking lot was muddy and uneven. Not worth the money they charged me.

The first two nights they put me in a very tiny room with no closet to put my clothes in. The bathroom was tinier than a bathroom in a small cruise ship. You could not fit your two hands in the sink at the same time. For the third night, after my continued complaints, they switched my room to a better one.

Nice size rooms with half a wall to separate them.

A lot of noise between 22-24 o'clock as the reception closed and the self-check-in box is in the wall toward the Family-rooms and all the guests arriving had problems with accessing their keys and was trying to find the receptionist. The cleaning forgot to clean the refrigerator in the room and the earlier guests left old sandwiches that smelled in the whole room.

Lovely little hotel, with a clean and cozy room, and helpful, friendly staff.

Breakfast is simple but sufficient, I missed a bit more fresh fruit options. Good bread and cereal variety. Locationwhise it fine if you need to go to Harburg area, to the technical university of Hamburg. Otherwhise it is quite war away from the center of the city.

There is no daily cleaning service and there is not 24 h reception service. The room could have been cleaner.

We had a very nice stay. The room is very cosy, comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is close to the highway and public transport that will take you straight into the city center and the stadium. The staff was very friendly.

The elevator and the bathroom are both a little old but functional and clean.

The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, and the cleanliness of the establishment was satisfactory. The staff members were genuinely pleasant and helpful, and the convenient proximity of the bus station, just a 2-minute walk away, was a definite plus.

The hotel is showing its age and could benefit from some renovations, particularly in the areas of doors, windows, and bathrooms. Additionally, we experienced a 15-minute wait for check-in as we arrived.

The room was newly renovated and definitely worth for the money. It took us about 40 minutes to get to the city center. But the location is in a lovely neighborhood.

The bathroom was a little bit old and we had no shower curtain. It seemed like they were about to renovated it but booked us into the room...

This is my second stay in Kleines and still happy with the place, I booked it in this site but unable to book the 2 nights when I arrived in the hotel they let me booked for another night and let me choose which room I wanted. The staff are very helpful even have a limited English but they try it so hard to explain things to you. The place is near the bus stop Bus 142 and near Heimfeld station with S Bahn.

A bit of improvement in the bathroom needed, it is clean but it flooded when you shower.

The hotel is situated very close to the area of the industrial facility I had to attend during my trip. The room was quiet, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent in terms of product quality and diversified offer available.

Although I specifically messaged via Booking.com the hotel to temper my room before my arrival, unfortunately this did not happened, hence the first night was quite cold given that my room was situated at the second floor whereas underneath my room, at the first floor, was the corridor for the exit to the outside yard. Thus makes the floor of my room extremely cold, especially due to the low temperature outside those night (colder than -5degrees). Anyway, the hotel management reacted the next day to my report and the temperature of the room (not the bathroom though...) was better for the rest of my stay.

Good selection of foods, but looking something like beans and bacon in the morning, but overall good choices of breakfast

Nothing much really,but the lift is quiet small

The staff was very kind and helpful.The hotel is very quiet, in a calm location.It is close to the University.

There is no permanent check in (check in stops at 6 pm). You have to contact the hotel by phone and self-check (but that's no big deal honestly).

Only tiny little niggle was struggled to park in carpark when returning in evening. This was mostly due to how other guests parked. Maybe Mark the bays to make best use of space.

Rooms were very clean and an adequate size. Hotel is a little dated, but charming. Neighborhood was very safe and walkable. Close to the subway and bus stop.

The woman who checked us in was very kind but didn't speak much English. The gentleman there another day wasn't very friendly. Staff is also only there part of the day, which made checking in difficult since we had a later flight.

The hotel is a classic style building and it's very lovely. The spaces are welcoming and tastefully furnished. Everything is very clean and tidy.The staff is nice and welcoming, ready to help with any travel needs

After few weeks since our stay in this hotel, we have asked couple times for an invoice.... No result.... Number of reservation via booking is 3921948179. Please find below details of our company to put on the invoice. We have informed you (via e-mail dated 27.02.) that our employees will check out a day earlier, but we didn’t get an answer back and we don’t know if that change will be included in the final amount.
