Very professional and friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast was good and served from early 6 am to 11 am.

Overall the bed was very uncomfortable- they had the box spring base and a topper. We could not get a second pillow. There was no mattress at all … then the heating was not adjustable, my wife was freezing and the feedback was also not well taken. We should simply have asked for a separate heater.

Amaziing like with German quality. Good breakfast, acommodation was great. Good people and behaviour was there.

Room was of decent size and clean. But lacks many things like, there is no kettle, no means of making tea or coffee, no ironing facilities, no fridge, shelf size is just ok. But there is a table and chair, enough for working. Breakfast is just standard, same items every day. But it is ok. Location is perfect, close to metro and S-Bahn. Felt safe and secure

Excellent location in close proximity to Hamburg U and S-Bahn. Plenty of shopping opportunities around.

The location was good, the room was not dirty.

The room was warm but you couldn't adjust it yourself, the walls were thin. They even charge you for a cup of filter coffee, there is no water or anything else to offer.

Excellent location (5 metro stations from the central station); there is also a direct connection to Hamburg Airport.- 20 -30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff, all the necessary facilities, a very good three-star hotel. In the area there are enough restaurants, a supermarket, and a natural park (forest). Very suitable for both, business trip and city break.

Breakfast could be more varied, but it is ok.

It is not sound proof I could hear people from other rooms.There were some red stains that looked like blood on the floor.I booked this hotel for newyears but I think in the end the room is too expensive for what you get.for example: There was no kettle for tea/coffee and no hygiene supplies.

Very clean, quiet and close location to s-bahn.We were traveling to the airport very early and appreciated the self-checkout. Will book again!

The room was very hot all the time, the bed linen was not so fresh, the curtains & carpets were not very clean and full of stains.The Parking was great to have onsite but the entrance and space in the parking garage was very tight.Cost of the Breakfast was very expensive. (we didn't take it because it just seemed too high. Slightly cheaper and we would have taken it)I stay away alot for work and so i am not expecting 5 star but this hotel is lacking a little in places.

Comfy bed, cozy warm room, awesome shower.

Walls were too thin, it was a bit loud.

The hotel is close to the U/S Bahn and lots of food places around within 500 meters. The parking garage is good value, securety is good with keycard operated elevators.Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean.

Breakfast at 19 euro per person per day is way to high for what you are getting. If included in booking or cheaper (half) it is a good choice of foods. The beds are okay but only provided 1 very very soft pillow.

No fridge! No kettle! No internet! Unfriendly staff, TV didn’t work properly.

The room was quite comfortable, clean, with an extra small bed for the little one. The staff was very nice. I had a client call, and they led me to a quiet corner in the breakfast area. They fully accommodated me. The location was also very convenient. Super close to the metro that took only a few stops to the center.

The parking was paid, but also was strange, we could leave, their parking sensors were off. A staff member had to come down.

The location is great. Close to S bahn and U bahn. Plenty selections of shops , restaurants and supermarkets. REWE , DM are just within walking distance. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the space is adequate.

Very basic accomodation. For me a bit expendive for what you get. Missing towels. Difficult to get out of the parking lot, we remained locked inside until someone came by.

Personal spoke bad English.Small bed for our kid position so badly that he was constantly hitting his head at night. Missing towels.
