Arena Hostel & Monteurzimmer

Price for cost was very strong. The hostel was also very clean w regular maid service of rooms and shared areas.

Free parking, very friendly staff. We could check-in a lot earlier than expected.

Close to the station and nice receptionist

Soundproofing was bad

The room is spacious,

The floor is very dirty and dusty. The beds are basic and not comfortable. The walls are thin I could here people from next door and downstairs.

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was super kind when we checked out and checking in.

There were a lot of signs with no explanations which was a little stressful cause some of them had pictures of a fine if you didn’t follow the rules.

Large shares spaces with kitchen, en suite bathrooms as well as shared one on the hall for better access in the morning.

The location is a bit far from the city center but can't really complain.

I stayed in a private room with an attached bathroom, everything is clean and pretty comfortable for two people.

Need to bring our own towels or else rent from them.

The location is okay close to the train station but a bit far from the city centre. The place is clean and provides good value for money.

The area is industrial, with no supermarkets or restaurants nearby.

close to train station and a penny supermarket (15 minutes walking distance), and obviously the Barclays Arena. and even if in the day with the concert the room got fully booked, everyone was respectful and quiet, even if arriving back to the room at different hours during the night as well as leaving early morning... still, they really were aware and made minimum of noise... it was my first time experiencing this type of accommodation, and I really appreciated that people were respectful of each other. Otherwise, it can be very disturbing. Staff was great as well! Generally, pretty clean, quiet, easy access, and welcoming.PS: The sleeping matress was beyond comfortable!!! One of the BEST!

no soundproof walls, so it really depends on everyone's common sense.

The hostel was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed: dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, hot water, TV, and a clean private bathroom with plenty of toilet paper and bins. The temperature and ventilation were perfect. Free parking was a big advantage, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also, great location with easy access to the Arena and the metro.

Nothing. Everything was good.

Good location for our purpose: we went to see a concert in the nearby Arena, it was in walking distance.

Very basic hostel

Its so noisy u cant sleep people don’t care if u sleeping and bathrooms in front of my room if u dry your hands in the bathroom everyone in the floor is going to hear it and this make a loud noise

Clean and convenient, we were arriving late and leaving early, but the staff had arranged our room access. Dorm room of six was perfect for our family.

Excellent communication from the host made for easy check-in. Good sized room. Very comfortable for our one night stop in Hamburg. Parking available on site.

Industrial area, was a bit tricky to locate late at night in the dark.

Good staff and Good facilities under budget

Everything was good but you have to pay extra for a towel some 3£

Very clean

The hotel is comfortable, but the soundproofing is not good.

The lady at the hostel was very nice

-floor was filthy, it had stains -no towels-bed and pillows are not comfyFor us not again..
