Good spacious room, very comfy bed

No lights at the kitchen.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, truly! It’s located in a cul-de-sac area in Hamburg. The hotel is equipped with all necessities for leisure that includes the whole family. The family rooms are big with a wardrobe room. Kids can enjoy a great splash ? in the swimming pool and parents can relax at the spa for some peace of mind. We had breakfast included, fresh produce with a vast variety of different charcuterie dishes and fruits. The hotel provides lunch and dinner a la carte and the food is absolutely delicious with a diverse menu. The staff across the hotel are kind and attentive to guests. We highly recommend the cocktails at the bar. Nadine is in charge of the bar and we couldn’t be on better hands. She’s outrageously knowledgeable and inventive. We had the best cocktails, absolutely outstanding. Thank you Nadine for sharing with us a bit of your cocktail a liquor recipes, for the amazing conversations and making our stay memorable and pleasant.

Arrangement with Booking.com could be better and communication between the two could also be better

Time taken to alter the date between Booking.com and hotel was a long process

The check in person didn’t act properly when I asked about the lift because it was out of order and he said to yes it is and I have to carry my luggage to second floor by myself and the lift kept out of order for the rest of my staying there for five days and again I had to carry on my luggage down two floors This is not proper service

Rooms were a little hot.

The only thing i liked about the hotel was the fact that there was lactose free Milk and yogurt since my baby is allergic to it. And the breakfast was okay.

Swimming pool. - it says that all ages are welcome but i found it cold to be with a toodler. My toodler did not like it at all and was shaking the whole time. I would prefer a small pool area for toodlers. Bistro- we ate at 17:00 and there was not many options for non pork eaters. I ordered a salmon and certainly did not like the taste of it. It was also very expensive for such a small amount of food.Customer service.- i think most of the workers there have no idea of what they are doing. Most of them looks unhappy and The way they looked at my toodler was just so disturbing, i understand the fact that it may be annoying for some people but they make you feel unwelcomed. room tempeture - even though it is a cold season the room was too hot to be able to sleep i could not sleep for 2 hours at the night.

Very nice room, good beds, nice rain-shower, etc; the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Enough parking space. Right outside of the property is a bus station; a card with 15 euro which can be used in buses u-bahn and s-bahn can be bought in the hotel. Personnel was friendly. If not for the bad internet I would have given 9 points; now it is only a 7.

The internet in the room (number 130) was extremely bad. A couple of times I could not connect at all. A couple of times it was extremely slow. So, I had to use my cell phone hot spot. Unfortunately the cell phone network was also not so good there. Impossible in this time to not provide working WIFI in the room; so easy to check; easy to correct this.

Pleasant surroundings, decent amenities and nice pool. Excellent breakfast.

Right under the flight path to Hamburg airport. Lots of plane noise but also other noise during the day. Rooms too warm with no airco or temperature control. Due to we this had to have window open at night, which let in noise and smoke from people regularly gathering at one of the nearby entrances.

However parking was difficult to find as guests from events and golf club took all spaces, which meant it was very difficult to find a parking space. Water in the pool was too cold.Lockers needed one euro, instead it should require hotel card. Difficult to see where breakfast was served.

Nice, clean and big room. Very comfy beds, all the facilities super well maintained. Location is 30-40 minutes from city center by car, but that was exactly what we wanted - to stay in a quiet area. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. There was also a play room for the toddlers that I did not know before booking the hotel. Swimming pool is also super nice and relaxing!

Good location for when you need to stay in the area (a bit outside Hamburg) and in a green area. There is a bar and the staff is friendly.

I found a few insects in my room and at the breakfast (which is extensive but also expensive) lots of flies were buzzing around.

Very nice location, a car is needed but well worth to stay in suc a nice Golf Resort

The rules about having to go naked in the mixed sauna are not in line with a place open to international clientele

I loved the whole Hotel, which is part of a golf club ressort, including the pool, which I recall was one of the main reasons I booked this Hotel on short notice being on a little road trip during late winter time in north of Germany, so still during off season. The room actually had some interesting design elements, which I might get or even build myself next time I (re)decorate my house. And the breakfast buffet was amazing, these kind of buffets one rarely finds these days anymore, even in (considered) higher class Hotels. Very nice. The staff overall was business like friendly. But a special thanks to the host, and kitchen staff there too, at the Bistro 19, who still let me order some food although I showed up 5 minutes ish prior closure time without me knowing they close at 6 pm. And also to one of the barkeepers at Treudelbar, who made me feel very welcome, by having more than just a businesslike friendliness and word with me, and even recognised me and which drink I had, when I showed up the second day of my stay.

location was convenient

They put us in a handicap room with a large shower/bathroom combination. You could not take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom. This was clearly a well understood problem as they provided a janitor's squeegee for the guest to move the pooled-up water toward the drain.

Rooms and whole premises way too hot. Even when I turn off heating in room and open window, it remains hot. On top, 50% of days, cleaner closes the window and turn heating back on.Wifi is waayy below standard. Inter.mittent and too slow.
