- I was placed in a room next to a room that workers were apparently repairing as drills, noise, hammers etc. were busy at work doing the 1:00-3:00 pm daytime. I had just arrived and just wanted to sleep. I complained, was offered another room .
- The heating was not efficient - the room was cold when we complained it improved somewhat!
