If there was 0, I would put 0 and never come back because the door was closed and we payed money but the money never cam

Large main room, kitchenette with utensils included a table+chairs for 4, nice beds, free parking, friendly personnel. All these make it a good option for a family or group of friends.

The second room was smelling bad of cigarettes. A bit cumbersome to navigate with the elevator between floors, parking etc. The ramp to the parking situated at the first floor is narrow and difficult to access with big cars.

Spacious flat (apartment) with kitchen facilities and free parking, the Steak House downstairs was good.

While the decor was reasonable it just felt a little run down. No kettle which made making a cup of tea tricky.

The room has a modern standard and was clean. Location in Rahlstedt is in walking distance to stores.

I received answers to my questions from the cleaning personnel or the lady from the restaurant that seems to be connected to the hotel. Or maybe she wasn’t working for the hotel and she was just being friendly. There is no reception, no one to turn to with a question, and no one was there when I wanted to check in at 2 PM. It says 24 hours availability, but that’s not true. There was no availability.

Disappointed....its not à hotel as its says and looks like on booking.com. pictures shows only the side of the bedroom and downstairs restaurant.. apartments are located seperate entrance and has to warlk all the way around the road. Noises. Scary eleveter to use with the kids. Not clean. Pessage to enter the appartement was dirty. . No receptionist or à the desk. Not worth for the money.

Nice apartment like room with penthouse feeling.

Elevator only went to 4th floor and the heavy suitcase had to get carried one floor up. Also no breakfast available

The two bedroom suite was much larger than expected and plenty of space for our family of 4 with a convenient location next to shopping and transit. We would definitely return on future visits. Be sure to visit the restaurant as well!

There was a coffee machine in the kitchen, but a kettle would have been nice as a tea drinker.

Hotel very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Great staff, very helpful. Hotel is in a great location with access to the local Bahnhof, approx only 1 hour into the city centre / hauptbahnhof.

No discounts in the resteraunt as part of staying in the hotel.Lack of amenities in the room (even a kettle would be handy). Shower rainfall head was not working.

We had a small apartment and was ok in size, with a small kitchen. The bed was fine and the sheets too. Employees were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the neighbourhood was pleasant too.

We had to use a back entrance.. the elevator was small and old, the windows were a bit small but with a nice view

I managed to get to the room only at 17:00. Although the check-in was from 13:00.On arrival, it turned out that the room was not ready yet. They asked me to wait.

Great location close to shopping, dining and public transit. Good restaurant in the building.

Limited space for computer etc. Parking was difficult because of a narrow steep ramp to the parking lot.

Very clean, staff very accommodating and friendly. Really great location, but a bit outside the main city, which we booked on purpose.

Bathroom/Shower was a bit small

The room was nice.

Lack of cleanliness in some places like in kitchen cabinets or inside the sofa where we wanted to put sofa pillows. No trash bin in the kitchen, also the kitchen needs some basic utensils. Had problems to turn on the shower normally and got cold water from big shower head above pouring all over me.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms are nice

I arrived at 9am and the property was locked until 11/12. I contacted the property and they said no one will come until 12. I don’t know how a hotel operates this way. They can at least communicate to their guests that if they arrive before 12pm there is no access to the property. Traveling overnight from another country to land and experience this was not good. Also, there’s no AC in the rooms and everything around closes at 9pm. The property is completely dark at night and the entrance is a back door in a driveway near the dumpsters.

- the bed was very comfortable- room was generally clean- staff was nice and helpfull- easy check in- easy check out

- light management was overcomplicated, we would more like standard switch at the entrance and maybe additional switch near the bed, that this electronical controll panel which was not intuitive and was glaring for the w hole night- no sockets near the bed for charging the devices- table was very small- bathroom was bit dirty, and the drain was clogged which caused flood during shower

Apartment was nicely renovated in a 70s building, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good proximity to shops and groceries, ok views and fresh air. Good location to stay a few days. Steak restaurant below looked nice, but I didn't try it

The initial way to the apartment is through the restaurant employee corridors and an old staircase, trash outside the apartment window, shower needs fixing (only very hot water) or I didn't figure it out properly

The on-site restaurant was very good value and good food.

The room was very small, there was no fridge or kettle. It was a very noisy room as close to the street. There is no reception, had to find someone from restaurant to assist. In the morning, when you left the building you could not get back in without a key. There was free parking on the rooftop, but no easy access to the hotel from the parking area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cosy restaurant with nice food and amazing desserts.

The apartments are awkward to reach, there is tenants' rubbish in the hallway.There is a heavy smell of sweet incense in the room, you can hardly breathe despite the ventilation.The furniture is worn out, the bathroom door can hardly be opened or closed. If you turn over in bed, you trigger the light sensor of the bathroom. There is mould in the shower.There is not even a tea bag or anything in the kitchenette. Only a large bottle of dishwashing liquid.
