Clounys Hotel

Very friendly and all clean!

Parking is not so easy but if you are lucky enough you find one just on side of the main road.

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

Comfortable and clean room

Hotel had no reception desk - no lounge

Location is very convenient - right beside the S-Bahn and not too far from the airport. It's great to have the Italian restaurant in the hotel. Very good food.

Nothing comes to mind

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and a nice addition was the free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The restaurant has a very good menu and the food was very tasty. The hotel is close to the S Bahn Station Wellingsbuettel and also close to the Alsterwanderweg.

When I go to Hamburg, I only stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean and a special place to stay. :)Last time I had an early flight and I went to hotel at 9 in the morning and asked if maybe it is possible to check in early - it was possible! I also needed an iron and it was arranged super quickly. I love everything about this place!

We have stayed here for 4 days in a very cute and comfortable room . Location was excellent for us . Close to the train - 20 mins to town. and some really nice shopping and walking areas with the Alstertal close by . Would love to stay again .

Breakfast was nice but a little expensive .

Super close to S Bahn, still quiet. Everything brand new

Restaurant downstairs was a little noisy at times

1. The staff is very friendly and attentive.2. The services are impeccable; everything is of high quality!3. The parking spots operate with a parking card, making them almost free.4. The supermarket across the street is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

1. No central air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was too hot, and the air conditioner wasn't up to the task :(2. If the windows are open, you can hear the metro stopping right in front of the hotel, as well as the conversations of people sitting on the terrace.3. The hotel is located too far from the city center.

The elegance and styling of the rooms and restaurant are beautiful. I love how close the hotel is to the train station. Restaurant meal and drinks were delicious.

I liked everything about the property. Even though there is no AC and I was there in August, it was comfortable.

The room is so well arranged. You come in and it’s smell sooo good. We were upgraded because the staff didn’t put towels in our room. And that gesture from the chief to upgrade was soooo customer care. It’s very rare specially in Germany or Europe to experience that great gesture which made it an excellent place to go back again for sure.

Outstanding decoration. Relaxing area closed to a train station to access to the center of the city. Nice breakfast.

Beautiful boutique type hotel with wonderful decor and restaurant downstairs. Great powerful showers and bright and airy rooms and comfortable beds.

Fabulous location on S1 s bahn conveniently located between the airport and town with easy access on the great local trains.

Choice was fine for breakfast but service left much to be desired.

Service at breakfast was slow: almost an hour on two occasions.

Location, friendly staff, restaurant for evening meal, buffet breakfast is wonderful. The mattress is really comfortable ?

There is nothing to be honest that we didn't like. The hotel is lovely ?

Scrumptious decor, beautiful food, fabulous staff. Large spotless room, excellent shower.

Absolutely nothing

Everything, rooms are large decor and attention to detail of every room, resturant, presentation of food, tables bathroom's list is endless, while also maintaining a friendly welcome.

Leaving,

This is a hotel where you can see that the owner has a passion for costumer service and for detail. No expense has been spared in the construction, the fittings, the triple glazing, and the amenities. The use of the curtain to divide the bathroom area from the living / sleeping area is clever. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with our needs & requests and the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is super comfortable and modern. The rooms are very cosy and quiet. The location is ideal, because you are close to the airport and you can go directly into the city centre and the staff make you feel like you are family ! We will definitely come back as soon as possible .

The location, the wonderful breakfast, the very nice beautifully designed bedrooms and most of all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind

Fabulous breakfast and very accommodating staff

Parking is a bit of a challenge
