To my surprise, there was a small kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle and a fridge in my room. Also it was very easy to get to the city center, as well as the airport, by public transport.

Because I hadn't read their message properly I was surprised by the hotel being an app-only place, which made my entry a bit of a hassle. But that is entirely my fault and once I had the app up and running, it was a delight.

I liked that the hotel was really near the public transportation system, to the underground station I needed not more than 3 minutes. It was pretty clean. I liked that everything looked eco friendly.You would not find stuff at the hotel. You should read all emails from the hotel carefully and check in before you arrived. I made a mistake, so I checked in on the ice cold street, because doors were closed and anyone answered the phone. My husband tried to call twice.

My feeling was it was too expensive for this type of facility. There are some things to improve.

I liked the capabilities of remote access controll via app.

The room was nice and the bathroom was quite large, the shower being nice and quite big as well, the kitchenette was just enough for a short trip but I really liked the room overall and the receptionist was quite friendly too - perfect hotel for a weekend stay and just a few U-Bahn stops from the Hauptbahnhof with good shopping and places to go out near by as well

I had asked in advance for the possibly of an early check in and was prepared to pay but this request was not acknowledged and disrupted plans a little, the key to the hotel is digital and requires an online form to fill in, it took a bit of getting used to and your phone becomes your room key but you can get a physical key as well - if the receptionist is not on duty (3pm onwards) then you may have a hard time getting in the front door

Fantastic place. Close to trains to the city centre and airport. Very clean and good facilities in the room. Probably one of the best places I've stayed

This is no hotel! NO service! Never again!

No reception with personal. No breakfast. You needed a stupid app for everything, even for the elevator. The water from the shower didn’t run down the drain but flosted the whole bathroom and mor e in no time. (This happened also in the other room rented by a friend). Nobody you can contact for help when it happened 8 a clock in the morning (not even on the phone)Never again! This is no hotel but you can rent a stupid room.

The bed was comfortable. The bedroom was clean.

Check-in process is horrible and you don't have anyone there to support you. Couldn't get in the room. Lost about an hour understanding the system. Called reception (number there displayed) many times and got no answer. Hat to research another number on booking and then we finaly got someone to help.P.S: The lights dashboard are not 100% funcional and clear.

Pros: location near train. Clean room.

Cons: - The drain in my shower didn't work. After five minutes of work, all the water was in the room. The hotel representative said that they could only come in the next day morning at 8 o'clock. In the end, they came to me only at about 10 o'clock next day (when the official check-out is at 11 o'clock) and then with the words "Can I see what the problem is?". They didn't offer another room. - WiFi for computers didn’t work - Another disadvantage is the strict check-in time, otherwise you are forced to do the check-in online.Overall, I don’t suggest that hotel.

Everything was good! Clean, Nice & Fresh. Easy to check in and nice if you don’t like to wait. Hotel also feel secured since you need to open the main gate from your phone. Also just 3 min from train

Wish that maybe the hotel had an app instead since i had to use the link and sometimes the link didn’t work. In my room (number 1) The connection was really bad and i couldn’t call or use the wifi. But everything else was really good and i will be staying here again!

Comfortable beds, top bathroom, convenient location

Nothing in particular. It’s an interesting concept, even the check in is with the phone, so no staff is visible. A couple of tea bags in the room and a bag of instant coffee would have made it great.

When we checked into the room, there were no slippers. For two people, they left only one shower gel, body lotion and soap. The floor in the room was sticky, the bed linen was torn. The mini bar was empty. No sugar, no tea or coffee, even with an extra charge. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Good and central located near U/S train station.

A lot of things were damaged and didnt work good in the room. It felt a little incomplete and undone

The hotel is conveniently located very close to an Underground station. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Not that common in German hotels. The cleanliness was impeccable. There was no breakfast option but an excellent cafe called Cafe Ve'nice just round the corner on Wandsbeker Marktstraße.

The whole place was self-service and automated. When we arrived an hour before check-in we couldn't get the door to the hotel to open. We hadn't checked in and therefore didn't have our room cards. So I had to ring the number given on booking.com to find out how to get in and leave our luggage. The person who answered was pleasant and helpful and sent someone to check us in early. Then I had to call him again to find out which of the 6 rooms had been booked for a second night. Just having a check-in desk and employing a couple of staff would have altered the experience completely. Such a false economy.

Given the location the price is about what you'd expect. The city centre is reachable in 20 minutes and the CCH in 25. I didn't have issues with noise.

The room layout was pretty weird. For instance, the power socket was on the side *opposite* to that of the nightstand, so charging was a bit annoying. The ventilation in the bathroom (if there even was any?) also leaves a lot to be desired. It is also not particularly easy to find staff if you need help and are not used to the self-check in system.

Value for money per night. Amenities were nice for the rate.

Convenience of check in though registration was entirely intuitive

SCAM HOTEL

The property trying to scam about some damaged door for €3000!!! They even can't tell which door and what's the damage. Just pay 3000 euros for something. Even no pictures, no invoice from repair company. Have been in 6 continents, 80+ countries and hundreds of hotels - never happened something like that. Getting involved my insurance company and consumer right agency
