I already read that the rooms have kitchens, but no utensils. For guests who come by plane and have no opportunity to bring those items I would have appreciated an optional basket with dishes cutlery and cooking utensils etc - I would have paid for it.

Clean and up to date.

Hard to find. Bathroom had strong cigarette smoke smell. Low water pressure in the shower. Noise from trains on the adjacent tracks. I would not recommend this hotel.

I didn't like anything about this Hotel

Nothing I didn't like anything about this Hotel 1st of all there was defect in shower, and 2 days I had shower with cold water there is no warm water supply I paid 80 € for this was the worst experience ever had....And one more thing there was no hygiene room was dusty floor was sticky.....

It was clean and they had all the essentials. Staff were really friendly. Overall great stay.

Location isn’t super close to Hamburg, can take about an hour to reach the center if you are using public transportation. No fault of the property or the staff Ofcourse, but wish it was closer.

That place was too good to be ruined from that staff .

Staff was rude . Made a duplicated reservation , accidentally , reserved twice . When i went to the reception i kindly asked them to cancel one of them and refund me , which they can do it if they want (had this experience previously) . Instead they kept both reservations and told me there is nothing they can do . And i never took the other rooms key , i only had a room and got charged for 2

Passable

The apartment was next to the railway, so you hear every train ... The apartment nr 1. was large and on the ground floor. The door of the apartment did not fit tightly and when the door was closed in the outer corridor, it hit the door frame. The door to the bathroom was damaged. The bathroom was large but dirty. The shelf under the mirror was not fixed and I had to put the toiletries in the kitchen area. There was also no place to hang my towel or where to put my clothes. The TV set in the room had no ethernet cable and I couldn't watch TV the whole week. The receptionist promised to fix it, but it never happened. The coffee machine in reception didn't work as well.

It was cozy and had good space.

It looks not well maintained and the staff never restocked paper or emptied our bin trash.

My room was super clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful professional. I will recommend this place to my friends. My stay was very pleasant. I will come to the same place whenever i visit Hamburg.

Parking lot need improvement. Weeds and trash were all over the place. Some areas at the parking lot need to be cemented.

The room was surprisingly good for the price.

The mattress unfortunately didn't have a proper cover and it was next to a busy railroad which was noisy all night. Closing the windows to keep the noise outside would result in a warm room.

Really much light in the room. Location is on some scary ground. And when you arrive they will ask you to pay taxes while the booking said you’ve payed them already

Renovated

Noisy until 22:30 due to construction indoor.Kitchen in room but useless because there is no kitchenware. No plate in oven.

The decor corresponded to the photos and i liked how minimal and aesthetic it was.The bed was extra comfortable.

The room was not perfectly cleaned. There was several thing dirty. The sink had a few dirty things. There was dust in the floor and the plates were dirty and the knife was disgusting.The water on the shower runs really low.Once, while I was taking a shower a guy from staff entered my room and I had to shout to make him go away. Although I'm sure it was not intentional, this must not happen! The should at least have those sign of "do not disturb" so staff know they can't get in.The location was way far from the center (not central as they advertised) and right next to a train track.The "manager" tried to be nice but there were a few attitudes I didn't like.In resume, if you're low in money and are staying for a short period of time, it's bearable. But if you can spend a bit more, find a better place.

This is the most uncomfortable hotel in the entire universe. Of course, it is budget and you do not expect luxury from it, but even the very minimum of services are not available here.So:1. It says on Booking that the hotel is Pet Friendly. In fact, you can’t stay with animals at the hotel. An exception was made for our tiny Chihuahua, but why indicate false information on the site? For us it was a key factor when choosing a hotel.2. The hotel is dirty. We drove into the room and found garbage from previous residents there.3. The room has a small kitchen, but there is nothing to cook. Two glasses are provided, two forks from different sets and one table knife. That’s all! There are no cups, no spoons, no dishes here. I have not seen anything more wretched in any hotel.4. The oven is faulty, it smokes and emits an unpleasant odor.5. The room does not have a hairdryer, a kettle. There is also no iron at the reception.6. There is not even a banal sign “Do not disturb”. It had to be written manually on a piece of paper.7. The pressure of water in the shower is weak and not very hot.8. Wi-fi sometimes does not work.9. The TV is broken. Only one channel can be turned on. The sound is not adjustable. Possibly due to a broken remote control.10. Near the hotel passes s-bahn. At night, the sound is so loud that it resembles an earthquake.11. The reception is open from 11 a.m. If you come earlier, then you can’t leave things to check-in, you need to sit and wait. But the check-out was made a minute per minute in an unfriendly form, knocking on the door.In general, for your money you get a close number in which you can spend one night. Our 8-day trip turned into torment. Lack of service and attitude spoiled the mood. I do not recommend categorically.

Disappointing

The hotel wasn't finished yet: construction works were still going on, the tv was yet uninstalled, and there were no dishes nor anything else in the kitchen cabinets. At the same time, the room already seemed to be in serious disrepair: there was extensive water damage in and around the shower, the toilet seat was broken, the clothes cabinet was badly damaged and the fridge smelled disgusting. Also: the reception wasn't open as promised, an unknown man barged into the room at 6pm and they asked about my time of arrival after I'd already left.

Very clean and comfortable. And also easily accessible (close to the bus stop). At first I had trouble getting my room key, but the staff here were very helpful and friendly.
