    Pros +

    • - The overall hotel had a rustic hipster vibe to it- Staff were helpful and friendly
    • We paid a pretty high price for the breakfast. We were told it was served until 11. Due to an online meeting that dragged out, I was down to eat at 10.54. I explained the situation but was told it was too late, and I should be there at 10:45. Guests behind me were taking new plates and using the buffet and its not like they had to cook. Never experienced that before, found it rude and also weird - like, I could have just grabbed something quick and super strange to be told you are late when you are clearly not. So luckily they had nice breakfast at the gallery we attended. But yeah; rude and strange behaviour.
    • Great design hotel close to station , very trendy roof bar

    Cons -

    • - Room was extremely tiny and in a super weird triangular shape – we couldn't open up our suitcases properly and was struggling with having any sort of table space to put stuff- The recommended / designated parking was awfully confusing to find and the parking lot that night also had some weird issue going on so the elevators didn't work, as well as the regular exit was impossible to find so it was a journey to go from parking to the hotel itself
    • We stayed in a room where the floor was flooded if we used the shower, so i coldn't wash my hair. When we addressed this, reception said they were aware of the problem... Who charges the same for a room as the Marriot, and then don't fix their showers. Like; its a core to be able to shower, so I don't even know where to begin. Also; there is no privacy when using the toilet as the gap between the door is huge and ríght next to the bed. Also as noble as the project with saving water is; placing ten cups in the hallway, that you are supposed to do what with? take to your room and fill from the toilet? If there were water fountains along with the cups it would make sense, but like... it was just weird. Also, nowhhere to put your clothes, and no night table. All in all taking into account that we paid for breakfast we weren't allowed to eat, and the fact that the room were lacking basics, including the ability to wash your hair, we didn't get it and we are not staying there again. Huge dissapointment - but we are also mid 40'es and maybe this place is best if your in your early 20's.
    • I would not recommend this hotel due to its unprofessional attitude toward guests.During our 3-night stay, on two different days we were required to evacuate the hotel because of fire alarms, which later turned out to be false. This caused unnecessary stress and seriously disrupted our rest. What was most disappointing was that the hotel staff did not offer any apology or explanation for the situation. While safety is important, repeated false alarms combined with a lack of communication and accountability show a clear lack of professionalism. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Very nice and modern room, with plenty of space! Location close to the station which is convenient. Excellent luggage storage service

Very nice, in the center, super friendly stuff, clean and edgy!

Friendly, somewhat informal welcome. Simple but sufficient room, gold quality breakfast with mostly clear vegan options (some things like the baba ghanoush was only labelled for allergens, but there was vegan cheese). The soap smelled really nice :).

Missed a cappuccino with plant milk (complaining at a high level here)

The design and the feel of the whole place. The vibe is pretty artsy..staff are all friendly and helpful . Just 10 mins walk to train station..the sauna is amazing..

They allowed me to check in earlier than 3pm. The place is very quiet and comfortable

not totally but for a solo traveller the alley/street going to the main street is a bit quiet and a little isolated that going home at night and leaving too early is a bit uncomfortable.

We had the Small Room. The modern and Spartan decor was fun and provided all that was required. The sauna on the rooftop was perfect after walking around the city in the snow all day. The parrot wallpaper in the bathroom is cute. The staff was friendly and super nice. We really appreciate the hotel's charity mission to build wells and bring drinkable water to where it's needed.

Bed was a little hard and the wooden edge hurts when sitting on it. Since we got a rare snow day all our clothes were wet coming in and the knobs on the wall didn't really work for drying clothes. Wish there was some kind of clothing rack that could fold out of the wall to hand clothes. Hooks or bars to hand towels in the bathroom would also be an improvement. Hanging two large wet towels from toilet door knobs and then not being able to close the door is not ideal. We would still come again. Just some improvement ideas.

Roof top terrace, lobby friendly and cheerful, close to train/metro station

Room where a bit small (when knew but still...)

    7PawelPosted on: 12-29-2025

We liked the size of the room but of course we have paid for one of the most expensive rooms so the size came with the price tag.

We didn’t like that the trip was a special birthday occasion and a request was made on our behalf several times via email and phone (which included extra costs) and the request was still not done correctly and I had to be involved in it which have partially ruined the surprise. We didn’t like the the parking for the car was outside the property and we really didn’t like the in such an expensive room that the shower was flooding with each use, very disappointing and quite unacceptable this was not inspected during housekeeping. We were also quite shocked that there was no TV in such a price point room.

Hotel was quirky and cosy. The bar on the top floor was fantastic and the staff were super helpful. Location wise, it wasn't too far to walk to the train station.

Such a great hotel. Loved everything. Wish there were more like it. Sauna was super, design and comfort everywhere and breakfast had everything we needed to start the day. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Location to amenities and city centre was brilliant. The decor is very trendy.

No restaurant facilities in place over the wkend wasn't ideal for the evening but breakfast was great.

Very comfortable bedre. Good bread for breakfast. Location good, few minutts to walk to Hauptbahnhof

Could have had a TV in the room. . .

I liked how my apartment looked like on the 10th floor with a good view outside. It was clean and tidy when I checked in. It has a unique style. I stayed for a few nights, and liked that my apartment was cleaned while I was hanging out outside. Delicious breakfasts. Access to sauna is a pleasant bonus :)

It was hard to find a hotel for a first time.
