BO Hotel Hamburg

Cleanliness, friendliness

The location was fine, but it wasn't a great location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc.

Goodselection for breakfast

Slightly industrial area. Was happy to walk around in company but not alone

Comfortable beds, easy to get to the center from the location (bus)

Very bright white light in the room, sauna has to be paid extra, hotel doesn’t look as nice/new as in the pictures. Expensive.

Overall good value for the price. Clean, friendly staff and reasonably central.

Sadly no air conditioning.

The room was a good size and the breakfast was OK. A good breakfast selection and definitely do as there is nothing close by.

The bed was hard and the coffee at breakfast wasn't good. It's definitely weird with the shower in the main room with no wall! The location is in the middle of nowhere, plus it is next to a mechanics, which were quiet though. However, it is only a 10 minute walk to the train station. You pay for what you get so if you are only using it as a base, it does the job.

Really nice receptionist, gave useful tips on how to get around. The room was tidy and comfortable.Breakfast was good, with normal continental buffet

Friendly staff, quiet and comfy rooms,

In some rooms you can see directly into the shower from the bed as the bathroom area (except for the toilet) was not separated by a door.

friendly host, clean and nice room

the hotel is in an area where maybe women could have some issues walking alone during the nightI got a cap from the City Center

Would definitely recommend to stay here.Great location, it was easy to get to the city center, also was surprised by breakfast, it was unexpectedly reach. Also big thanks to gentlemen serving breakfast, always helpful and friendly!

Great value, location and room. Free street parking available. Only thing missing from the room is an AC. A floor fan is available instead.

Breakfast, comfort

location, pillar in the middle of the room

The location is central and there are 2 bus stops close by. Small but very comfortable room. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Very good coffee in the lobby.

The shower in the room is a bit awkward, but ok.

Very comfortable bed, good location (bus stop right in front of the hotel, metro 15 minutes away), room was clean.

I paid 310 euro for 2 nights, without breakfast, which is an insane price for a hotel in Hamburg which is not in the cit

- No AC in the room/ No air ventilation- Very warm room- Very rude male receptionist- Very boring vicinity- Very expensive rate- Sauna access is not included in the hotel rate (and not declared anywhere else, except at the printed book in the room)

clean and comfortable

night staff were rude

Very clean rooms and overall comfort. Location close to the city center with a bus connection.

Staff could be a bit nicer and helping.

Cleaness

Reservation staff. He requested more money than it was written in the app. We won't choose the hotel once again.

Breakfast had good options, def. more options than some other hotels.Staff was very friendly, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. A bus station before the hotel made it easy to reach, however the busses do not drive that often as the hotel is in an industrial area

The rooms didn't have AC, while they provided a fan it was not enough to really cool down the room. The room was on one of the highest floors and you could open the windows completely, feels a bit like a security hazard.
