Carpet in the hotel room, dusty and dirty. Not hygenic on the floor. Restaurant was closed at 17:00hr. No dinner possible

Room was nothing fancy but perfect to work in and comfortable. Location perfect for my business trip. The gym and spa is beyond first class, loved it.

The fact I paid more on Booking.com. Book direct, the hotel is cheaper booking direct. Booking.com customer service after proving a point was disgraceful. Poor service. The hotel is great.

Amazing facilities and beautiful spa

Rudest staff ever! Basically kids run this place with no experience or training. If it wasn’t for the spa, I would never come back. Breakfast is super sad and reflection of the lack of training here.

Clean and in quite good condition

Kids are not allowed to enter spa area. Only certain hours two times a week. I didn’t know it when I booked hotel. No drinks in spa area. I really miss a glass of cold hells after steam sauna.

Pleasant

I couldn’t eat a lot at breakfast cause I am allergic to wheat and some other foods. And the variety of foods was not great for the price..! We payed somewhere around 25 euros each for the breakfast. And I have to say for that price it was not worth it. The room was very nice and big but we had a problem with the air conditioning as you could only change the temperature at reception. At start when we entered the room it was turned to 27 degrees. So the room stayed hot for the whole night even though we opened some windows.

The location near bus and train routes made it very easy to travel around Hamburg. Room was extremely spacious comfortable and the facilities - which were free to use - brilliant. Despite our limited German, the staff were very helpful and supportive with our stay.

We did feel the breakfast was a little costly for what was provided; however, we did enjoy our meal.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the city centre. Excellent facilities and brilliant public transport links into city and beyond. Would highly recommend.

The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic value for what we paid for this trip. I used the spa every day but one of our stay and it was never overly full. As per other reviews this spa is textile free which is not something that british people are used to but this place has now ruined UK spas for me! I need to find textile free spas in UK as the experience is so much better. The staff were nice and helpful and the room was great. Comfy bed, quiet rooms.Location is a bit away from the city centre but this is a spa hotel so a bit further out allows space for the lovely grounds that the spa and sports facilities were in. We walked to the centre of Hamburg in around 30 mins which is fine for us but the Mundsburg U Bahn is only a ten minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside. The surrounding area itself is nice and there are interesting shops and some very friendly pubs. We kept calling it the "Didsbury of Hamburg" for any readers who know Manchester!!

Great place. Nice spa facilities. Just need to highlight that the spa area is mixed and no clothes allowed but that's very common in Germany.

The hotel was clean & tidy. Beds were super comfy - had a great nights sleep. Spa and swimming pool areas were clean. Lovely hotel.

No information on check-in. Just, 'we need a card for deposit' and 'here is your room key - there are the elevators'.Poor breakfast selection - scrambled eggs was made from powder. It was' just a big yellow block. Bad lighting in corridors.Overall I got the impression they are more focused on costs than revenue.

Although the hotel is not located at the city center (old town) it was in a quiet fancy location. Bus stop just accross the street. The room was clean and big enough. Very good choice for sports related people.

Friday Spa open til 11pm in the night, very nice! Very calm, singing birds, sound of water.

Double bed was impossible to put together to get one big bed.

Wellness and Spa area. That’s it.

Disgusting room, it wasn’t even cleaned. Incompetent workers at reception and bistro/ cafe (except one kind lady at the reception)
