Aparthotel Adagio access Hamburg

Excellent service. The kitchenette had plates, pots, glasses, and everything we needed to cook, but no items like salt or oil. Free coffee, tea, and chilled and sparkling water were available in the common room all day. The gym and Peloton were great!

There's no air-conditioning. You can open the window, but it's difficult to get a draft, so it's hard to cool the room on a warm day.

Kind welcoming and helpful reception, comfortable and clean rooms and location. 2 railway stations are very close by a short walk. Room temperature was great although snow outside.

This is an apartment-style hotel with a convenient location and excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and the coffee is perfect—available at any time.The room is small but well-equipped, including climate control, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, and overall, we were completely satisfied.The price is reasonable, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast. We recommend this place for a short business stay.

Very good hotel.

The friendliest reception staff I've encountered in years. They answered all my questions, accommodated all the requests and were incredibly nice!The rooms themselves are great, new, clean, really well equipped. We had a great time.

Some of the instructions weren't clear or were lost in really long emails, like: in order to activate the fridge, the ON button needs to be pressed for 10 seconds. The reception staff was able to resolve that in a moment though.

location was great, facilities of the hotel were amazing, we like our little apartment a lot (very cozy and pretty) they also had great coffee for free, it was pretty close to the train line so we could move very easily around.

Since it was rainy they should put umbrella on the terrace where is smoking area. We asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 twin beds together wich separated at some point during the night.

Kitchen was good

Staff were just there - not helpful - just robots. Pillows were terrible. Some of the worst i've ever experienced.

The property is very clean, modern, and well-equipped throughout the building. Everything works and has nice attention to details.

We enjoyed the overall concept of the hotel a lot, there are many useful amenities. The room was very clean and quiet.

The pillows were not the most comfortable. Additionally, the air in the room was quite dry, so if you have any respiratory issues, I would recommend getting a small humidifier.

A nice and cozy family double room. It’s compact yet comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. We’ve been living here for a week with our cat, and it’s been a great experience.

We checked in very late at night and couldn’t find a parking spot. We asked about using the paid parking in front of the hotel until morning, as we saw some available spots, but the staff told us none were vacant. However, the next morning, those same spots were still empty

There was free coffee downstairs. The receptionist had good suggestions of sites to see. The room was quiet.

The bed was too firm and I woke with a sore back each morning.

Rooms are equipped with kitchen, fridge & necessary kitchenware; a welcoming and helpful all-day reception; washing machines available; one can additionally borrow a variety of necessities at the reception area; free access to filtered still/sparkling drinking water; everything is clean and modern.

The accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was lovely and helpful.

We loved how close it was to the U. The breakfast was great, the room was very functional for a family and the staff was very helpful. They also had gluten-free options, which is huge for a person who has celiacs.

The only thing that was a negative for us was the neighbors had a ton of trash all of their backyard.

BUYER BEWARE! The people here are mostly nice but their “system” is a mess and ended up costing us more money than the price of the room. I booked via booking.com. There was a problem between booking.com and the hotel (a problem that had absolutely nothing to do with me) and the hotel made us pay for several nights up front because booking.com had not transferred the money I paid them to the hotel. Mind you, booking.com had fully charged my card, and I showed the bank records to the hotel. The money had been paid. Booking.com just had not sent the money to the hotel for five days and the hotel made us pay for those nights up front. They finally worked it out with booking.com, but when we got the refund from the hotel we LOST $118.88 USD because of the exchange rates! This was all exchange rate, there were no bank fees. I spoke to the manager to see what they could do and he was like “you need to talk to booking.com.” That is ridiculous because absolutely nothing went wrong between us and booking.com. The problem was 100% between the hotel and booking.com and yet WE had to pay for their issue. When I spoke to booking.com earlier in the fiasco they even told me it was not my problem. Nonetheless we are out $118.00 because the system or relationship or whatever between the hotel and booking is a disaster. The manager was saying “our contract with customers says we are not responsible for exchange rate issues.” Yeah, well, they have it arranged nicely so that any problem they have with booking.com conveniently costs the customer money and not them. The hotel would not even consider a credit for a future stay, which is peanuts to them and would have gone a long way to rectify the problem. Beware doing business with this hotel, or other Accor hotels, or booking.com for that matter. They have it tidily arranged so if they screw up it is the customer that gets screwed. If nothing goes wrong you may have a perfectly nice stay at Accor hotel’s Aparthotel Adaggio Access.

Perfect location for commuting to the airport. Good room size (studio). Free water and tea supply downstairs.

The property is a little dated and there are minor issues with maintenance both of the room and the common facilities.

Fantastic place to stay in Hamburg! Spotlessly clean, esthetically pleasant, all necessary amenities, great location. Outstanding hotel staff - very friendly and attentive. Next time I’m in Hamburg I’ll definitely stay here.

The place is very clean, and has very comfortable bed!

The breakfast is a bit expensive, I was expecting more for 18Euro. But still it was convenient to eat directly there!

The apartment was really nice and had facilities to Cook. Also it was possible to have coffe or tea for free which was nice.

There were not many variety of restaurants around. To go to the city centre was a long walk so it is need to take public transport, but there were some stop nearby.
