Motel One Hamburg Airport

Close to airport, clean

Bed was uncomfortable, small rooms

I like the whole Motel one concept. Good bedeutet, good breakfast.

Not enough choice in bar food.

Nice close location to airport

AC was not at all cold enough to sleep. Very small room. Ours had a baby crib in it that I had to remove to even get to the bed. No free coffee.

Very close to the airport for an early flight.

I had to pay extra for parking at the premises after I was under the impression that all costs had been paid upfront. Nobody informed me about that until I wanted to get my vehicle. I had to pay before I could get out, like being kept hostage.

The bar tender the best

Bathroom had mould Carpet smelled Overall it was not too good Definitely not a value for many they need to reduce their pricing to 50 euros a night

motel one standard, as expected , always comfortable. small rooms, god matress, the public spaces and bar is always the place to hang out. -- best is its close location to the airport. Walking distance about 800 m or so if you follow along the street. or take a bus with 1 or 2 stops, don't remember.

for city excursions not ideal, but ok.

The style is modern

The proximity to the airport. I thought it was really near but i needed to walk a lil far

parking cost 15 Euro per night

The staff were fantastic, at check in, bar, breakfast & check out. All very friendly & efficient.

Nice location, clean an nice staff

Bad smell in bathroom

Everything was amazing! Just a little thing but makes the difference..the mattress, not so good... other than that was amazing, the facilities, the cleaning, the sympathy, the tv, the wifi, the location. All.

The mattress.. sorry the mattress was extremely soft.. really soft.. squishing all the time.. to have a good sleep was complicated , I got out with a big pain in my back.. just that..

Great staff. Super helpful. Loved the handicapped room because I use 2 canes to walk. Location close to airport. Nice and cozy ambiance when you enter the place

Room was noisy. Could hear people way into the night. Room was way to warm and couldn’t cool it down. In the bathroom no place to place toiletries. Just not well designed. Bedsheets are very scratchy and must not be pure cotton.

Walking distance (1km) from the airport. Very friendly staff. Totally ok breakfast. All in all good value for an overnight before a flight from Hamburg Airport.

Room interior a bit cold, lighting either too bright or too dark. No coffeemaker in room.

Stayed here a number of times before- basic, but very clean and comfortable.

friendly staff, practical location close to airport

The breakfast in the lobby is extremely crowdy and not at all relaxing, way too many people in a small and hot area

It was a functional place to stay for one night close to the airport - 24/7 hour staffed reception desk was very helpful (and staff were very friendly) for getting me a cab at 3am! Clean and comfortable but basic room

There isn't an option for dinner - i arrived late and didn't realise this so be aware in advance (just unhealthy snacks available at the bar). While it is close to the airport (about 0.5 miles away), it wasn't a straightforward walk as it was dark, raining, late and I was alone as a female so didn't feel comfortable doing it as it wasn't a clear path to do so at night. Ubers kept cancelling me at the airport (I guess it was too short a journey for them to take me to the hotel from the airport) - note this if travelling to get to the hotel. This isn't the fault of the hotel of course but noting for other travellers. However, as noted above, was very helpful to have an instant call button from the hotel to get a cab the other way back to the airport at 3am - this worked very efficiently. No kettle or hot water facilities in the room so was fairly basic on that front

Good breakfast. Helpful staffGood location from airport

It’s noisy when room is by elevator. Steep STEP INTO shower.

Staff is extremely lovely helpful and kind ❤️ breakfast was tasty and fresh . I love how clean was everything
