The room was extremely old and in very poor condition. I was given a ground-floor room next to the hotel’s back entrance, which made me feel unsafe. The window was very close to the ground and had no security bars, and there was no safe in the room.When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. The room was facing the trash area and the parking lot. There was not even complimentary water provided in the room. The toilet paper appeared to have been previously used, which was unacceptable. Overall, the room did not feel clean or hygienic, and the experience was very disappointing.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff, and public transport nearby. Room had a relatively nice view as well.

We got incorrect information about the breakfast times from (what I assume was new) staff and missed it.

Staff was super polite and friendly and welcoming, but there were several problems: the room was smaller than I paid for, the room didn´t have kitchen nor big bed; then they gave me new room, but the kitchen wasn´t separately as it was described and the equipment was very poor and the bed wasn´t big as I paid for but just two single beds put together. NB! They said this hotel doesn´t have big beds at all! So I paid for studio with well equipped separate kitchen and big bed but what I got was small room without kitchen at first and afterwards the "kitchen" was just one little corner of the room with poor equipment and bed was not big as it was described. Don´t recommend. Though, staff was really nice.

Very big room and nice spacious bathroom with the bathtub. Nice breakfast, parking garage for the hotel guests, good location with the public transport (coming by car was a bit confusing as 2 hotels with the similar names and somehow navi took us to the wrong hotel, so really check before how the hotel is supposed to look). Good wifi connection and very well insulated windows as we had the view to the street, yet barely heard a thing.

Room was a bit warm (I cannot believe I complain about it, it is just that there was no way to turn off the heating). Only 2 elevators and they are a bit slow, we were on 8th floor, so going for breakfast took ages.

Breakfast very basic, waste of money, staff very rude, or maybe it's normal in Germany, also they lie to us and didn't give us our deposit back.

Despite visiting many times, I have not experienced respectful service or any special offers, unlike what one would expect in hotels. you can give me some offer when i arrive, a better room or cheaper

Proximity to transport facilities.

The key cards were malfunctioning and won’t open doors even after going down to reception to change it. Not just my room but several guests had the same issue. 2. The tissue paper was like newspaper and dark. 3 the bath tub drains water so slowly and it is even cracked. 4 Breakfast has very limited options no variety.

Perfect kebab near the entrance of the hotel. Decent stay for the price. Nothing fancy, but it met our expectations.

Big rooms, good parking

NO hot water. Breakfast was just okay, nothing more than that

The staff charged us double and didn’t seem aware of our situation with kids. The lift had long waiting times and was very small. Breakfast was disappointing with very few options. Overall, not a great experience.

Good value for money but even with sat nav it wasn't so easy to find! Staff were great as we had a top box on and didn't think we could get the car in the underground car park but lovely lady on reception came out and showed us how to get in with a smile on her face and very polite. Continental breakfast in a very clean and busy room was adequate. Only one lift working and long waits but it wasn't a stress.

Everything , but mostly that my door didn’t function well so it was not locking and I was constantly worried someone would enter my room or steal my locked suitcase from room !!I was putting a chair behind door to keep it closed and I was waking up during night when door was moving a bit! I was scared..Also location very bad! Not a good neighbourhood and also far from city not good connections only x80 bus I liked and used many times.The stuff is not so helpful it’s ok but nothing special..I asked them to fix my door they didn’t do anything, also when I arrived they were overbooked and I had to wait till they decide if I have a room or not after being scammed from another accommodation
