A bit disappointed because the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Further, there are not a lot of restaurants close by.Underground parking with a limited number of places...
A bit further out from the city than i expected. But the beds were hard, as i like it and it was fresh.
Pillows were extremely flat. And just one pillow per bed. Even if i stayed alone and used both pillows it was still to flat.
Very spacious room with desk and couch
Room was basic for price and not in the city centre
nice welcome and accommodating when I arrived late at night
I didn’t book breakfast but they charged nearly 4 euro for a coffee. just feels a but oenny pinching
Spotlessly clean. Newly refurbished.
20 minutes by car to Hamburg city centre.
Not pleased at all
Needs more staff. And dont answer phones when you are with an customer at front desk. Clean the carpets, and change the soap.
Very friendly staff, convenient location, easily accessible from the Hamburg Hbf, comfortable and quiet room. Good facilities. Good price too when I booked.
Nothing particular to complain about. Just stayed one night and all was fine.
What you see in photos is what you get. Very big and spacious rooms. The Staff were friendly and helpful.Overall it was clean but...
The hotel surely needs a renovation in the rooms. When entering the room it feels like going back in time - the turquoise carpets, furnitures and overall atmosphere brings you back to the 80s. The bathroom also feels like it was installed 3 decades ago and were forgetten. It was sure clean but the room was not inviting as I would like it to be.
Clean and spacious room.
Attentive service
Very good
The construction works outside and the noise it makes.
as expected according to the reviews and description.
breakfast was a little on the basic side.
The size of the room was good.
The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and impolite.
