Checking out was the best part of our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was rated four stars, which it may have had 40 years ago. The place is dirty. The decor is tasteless and old. The neighborhood uninviting and ugly.

Location

While it does show signs of aging, it's still very good, and very well cared for: clean spacious rooms, proper batgrooms (nothing broken, everything clean, good water pressure in the shower). Breakfast is quite varied (especially for shorter stays) even if it is a bit limited. Amazing helpful staff.

Location was excellent and close to shopping g center. Parking space excellent and your vehicle is secured. Excellent breakfast menu and services

No welcome pack. Tea or coffee should be available in the room. If they can provide shower caps, they will greatly be appreciated.

Nice spacious room, fine beds, and good location to where we needed to go.

The first day we slept in with "do not disturb card" on the door. That day we left the room at 11:30 and turned the card on the door to show "please clean the room".Resulting in: the room was not cleaned by housekeeping.....

Comfort, quiet easy access to most needs

The room is very clean and neat. The location is perfect, close to Billstedt Mall. A good restaurant is just nearby, within walking distance of the hotel. The bus station is right in front of the hotel.

The bed is too low for my liking

It was clean,the room had many amenities and overall everything you could need. It also had blackout curtains in the room which was great.

The location was not the best,no trash cans around the hotel either.

The hotel was old.... the carpet was smelly... the location was okay a lot of immigrant...

We dont have a boiler and cOffee just a bottle of water. The receptionist guy doing day shift is nOt so accomodating unlike the guy who received us during checkin 11April @3pm tOtally he is a contrary of the other guy.

Although the breakfast was diverse and quite good, some of the vegetables and the fruits were not so good (let's put it mildly: the tomatoes and the watermelon were not so fresh...) Other than that, everything was more than ok.

Friendly staff very helpful as we were a non speaking German family anything we asked they were very helpful, Room was clean and fresh towels daily , staff also helped us with a scale to weigh our hand luggage, Thankyou

The location is a bit far of the center but for our travel purpose the location was perfect. The room had no air conditioning but in Germany it is never so hot so it wasn’t a big deal.

The reception staff was utterly inefficient, check in took 30 minutes literally like we have entered the stone age

It was near the center where you can get everything easily.The staff were nice and helpful.

The parking was not easy and you had to pay for parking euros 15 a day.The water had too much chlorine .They were working on the pipe I guess.
