Close to a good location, but directly outside is some sketchy people. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Amazing staff! Anything you need is close by including facilities that will do your laundry for you the same day, hair salons, you name it. It¿s very close to the bus station and the train station that serves Europe. Good breakfast!

Very loud and busy neighborhood. Bring air plugs. A wonderful elevator from the lobby, but a lot of stairs to get to the lobby outside the building, and once you get in the building, so be prepared in terms of luggage. No kettle in room.

The location was great - staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the city.

Room was very small - not as descried at time of booking. Very hot room - no air flow. The bed was very worn - you had to sleep in the very center or you would literally slide out of it. They need to be changed. The room overall was not worth the cost

Location was perfect, it is one minute from the train station which is where we wanted to be. It was a simple room, very small as others have indicated, but for our overnight needs it was perfect. Also windows that open for fresh air! Good breakfast too!

Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors conversations so luckily for us we just had laughing girls and not angry voices but you definitely hear everything. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Breakfast was one of the best in Europe we experienced. A big area but was still full on a Saturday morning so we had to come back. The staff made me a hot chocolate every morning, above and beyond!

We found this problem in a number of hotels so I am not singling out Hotel Graf Moltke but there were steps at the entrance with no alternative entry that I could see. Heavy cases and old age and steps do not go well together.

Very clean room, comfortable bed.

The area - to be expected next to the main train station, but just too many people around the hotel entrance that clearly were not guests of the hotel.

The beautiful old building, with the ceiling mouldings and the staircases. You don‘t see many hotels like these anymore. It‘s also right outside the train station, which is very convenient.

Also the location, quite a few shady characters around, but they were mostly just standing around and didn‘t bother us.

The room, location, and breakfast are very nice.

Good location for transport and walking, spacious room and welcoming gentlemen at front when we arrived.

No fridge, other than the ice on the balcony, which melted and left a pool of water ankle deep as the drain was blocked. The entrance to the hotel was constantly blocked by drunk or drug affected people, lots of yelling, fighting and we did not feel safe going out at night for dinner. To top this off, on our last morning at breakfast which was included, I was questioned twice what room I was from and asked to show my room key, then followed and questioned again which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Quiet room, though lots of nose on the street. Clean. Mattress was good.

Bad neighborhood, really bad. No bath, while saying there is. Cramped room, had to shuffle by the bed. Two towels for two persons. Very small shower, though decent. Too expensive given what you get.

I chose the Graf Moltke due to is proximity to the main station and it was indeed very close - you could see it when you step out of station. The bed was huge and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was a nice German buffet.

The layout of the room was a bit awkward because a (nice) bathroom and the huge bed had been added to what was already a small room. There was no light next to the bed.

Location. Room was good and clean. We had a balcony view. Breakfadt was good value. Receptionist was friendly.

Lift is a bit small (older hotel).

A great location as i was only a short walk away from the train station. The breakfast was well presented and a good choice of food.

There was a lot of noise outside the hotel throughout the night from people who live on the street. I could only get one channel to work on the small TV as all the channels kept cutting out with no signal. It felt a bit intimidating with the homeless people hanging around the hotel entrance, especially at night.
