Hotel City Meetpoint

I was scammed and forced to pay 80 € when I arrived, but the receptionist allowed me to check-in when I pay €40.Absolute scammers.

Scammers.I was not allowed to enter or leave the hotel after 23:00They treat the hotel like a prison cell

The hotel was a short walk from the Hamburg Main Train station and it's location allowed us to walk to most of the tourist destinations. Its a small hotel which serves the purpose as a base to explore hamburg. Water pressure (hot and cold) was exceptional. There is a supermarket quite near by. Its located in a rougher neighborhood in Hamburg. There is no AC but having the window open was sufficient to keep it cool (during summer). There will be street noise if the window is open.

About 10-15mins walk from main train station. The room was overall okay. Not bad for the price. Clean and fast wifi connection. Although the noise from the other room is somehow audible.

Close proximity to central station, less than 1 km. Closer to the town square, easy access to food. Room & Bedding is clean. Spacious activity / common room.The staff was very helpful and going out on his way to assist us in everything.

There's no elevator, going up with suitcases was challenging. The carpet is sticky (dirty). Within / very close to the red district, so if we need to leave very early in the morning, it feels unsafe

Location and price were very convenient.

The shower was leaking and the shower sink wasn’t draining well. I had to fix the drain myself.

Located 5 Minutes from the train station.

1. it was so loud, that you can hear the neighboring rooms. 2. although we placed the do not disturb sign, it was still opened by an employee. We were resting in the room. 3. they did not bother to apologize to us after we complained, as female travelers we felt really unsafe and could not sleep in the night out of fear, that they will open our room again.

The single room was so tiny and definitely not worth the price I paid.

Was very cold and the reception was talking all night couldn’t sleep and the noise was too much

The staff was very helpful and helped me return by post an item I forgot. The place is near the station and convenient, the sheets and room were very clean.

The neighbourhood isn't the nicest but has a lot of restaurants and bars directly available.

Bad

I work as a tourist guide in Hamburg. today a colleague came to visit me and the owner told me that no one is allowed to visit me and that these are his personal laws

Comfortable beds and clean room and toilet. It is 10 minutes away on foot from Hauptbahnhof Süd and Berliner Tor Bahnhof

The neighbourhood is a bit unpleasant because it is a dirty, deprived area with junkies, although it is not dangerous and walking only a street away from the hotel, the atmosphere starts changing to better. We spent two nights there and the room was not done or cleaned, although it could have been because it was from Saturday to Saturday and then we left early on Monday morning.

Really Nice, place with The kindest and best staff, very helpfull! And The hotel had a good location 7 min from The central station, soo it was very easy to find. The staff at The hotel was very sweet, we had to check out at 11 but our depature, was at 15, soo we could leave our luggage there without any problem, i Can warm recommend, this hotel, especially if you travel with kids!

Noise from neben room,no lift,room small for the amount of money.

The room was compact, but had almost everything needed, and it was clean. Staff was friendly. Good location close to the main railway station.

There could've been a bedside lamp or a reading light, as now it was either full brightness from the led spots in the ceiling or pitch darkness. The walls are rather thin, I could hear the people in the next room. Neighborhood seemed a little restless, though it calmed down for the night.

I needed a room to sleep.

I liked everything, from the amazing staff and hospitality all the way to the comfortable beds and amazing space within the rooms! Such short distance to downtown Hamburg as well!
