During hot days, and in the absence of air-conditioning system, perhaps electrical table fans can be provided to guests, on request.

The room size is comfortable, and I don't feel squeezed. The location is very close, within walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurants, and market. Not far from the hotel, there is a lovely park perfect for relaxation and strolling.

The door is not so tight that you hear the bird chirping early in the morning, like 4 am, and the bell from the church.

Location was good.

We booked a 269sqft room and was given a 215sqft room and said they had none available. Considering we booked over 12mths in advance we found that was quite disappointing.

Nice ambience and well organized. Clean. Though the location is bit further from city central, definitely worth the travel

For the premium of the price it wasn’t too exceptional. Sound insulation was not too good. Church nearby indicated nightly hours as well, all could have been noticed.

No carpet in room which made is cold to walk with bare feet, room layout where long and narrow

Everything was okay

The Breakfast Buffet was small but had everything one need for a comfortable breakfast.

When i was booking i initially wanted to book for two persons, but change it to one since I was traveling solo. There was no price difference between the same room with breakfast with 2 or 1 person. But i have had so far never seen a Hotel taking it so serious and only providing 1 duvet for a kingsize bed. Only one towel. It looked really strange and i really did’t like that. Not only because of the strange optics but also because i like to use two duvet, and i usually to’t let the room be cleaned if i occupy it only for 3 days, bit specially then 2 towels would be very welcome as i usually find it when traveling with my wife or also alone! I would nod took again just because of this.

The room was cold and not ventilated. The breakfast was poor. It was expensive compared to average hotel costs around Germany.

The room was well laid out and very clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh.

No air conditioning and it was a very warm day and night. The fan helped somewhat.

Only a few minutes from the ferry- perfect for a late arrival from Norway.

Great location for us near friends. Good transport links to the city. Lovely breakfast buffet.

A kettle in the room would have been nice

Perfect location, close to a river & lovely bar/restaurant just a 5 minute walk. Short drive to small town (5 minutes) with more eating options. Very friendly breakfast lady

Bed was rather hard & clock tower chimes every 15 minutes!

This was the second time we were staying in this hotel. Very polite staff. Our room had a nice size, was clean and all amenities were great. For breakfast there was a good selection, with very tasty and fresh food.

Nothing to complain about.

This is a rather small and cozy hotel quite a bit away from the city center. The location is not very great, as it takes at least 15 minutes of walking from the nearest S-Bahn station. There are a few bus stops nearby that presumably go to the city center, so that should be fine. But wasn't very convenient to travel between the hotel and the airport. But it served the purpose, as the event I was attending was close by.The staff was very polite, friendly and professional. The food was nice. The room was small, but comfy and clean. The area is rather quiet, so I got plenty of rest when I needed it.Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a work-related trip.

A few minor things, but really none of these made my stay miserable in any way. Just kind of prevented me from giving it a 10/10.* There is no fridge in the room, even though there is a cupboard specifically designed to fit a mini bar. The mini bar items are simply positioned on top of it, but I would have liked to have a fridge, both for having a chilled beverage, as well as potentially storing some food there.* The room was a bit chilly by default, but the temperature could be adjusted via the radiator. I just kind of couldn't find the perfect spot, and would either have it a bit chilly or too hot.* The restaurant does not have a lunch menu. They only serve breakfast and then open up for dinner. Which is a shame, as there aren't that many other places to eat nearby. There's a nice place around the corner called The Locks that the hotel receptionist recommended, but it's rather expensive.* I had purchased breakfast included in my stay, but they couldn't offer early breakfast for me on the day I had to check out. I had an early morning flight and they weren't willing to give me any kind of food for the go.* The location, as mentioned, is not too great for sightseeing in the city. * The breakfast was quite limited. The food was good, but there weren't that many options to choose from.
