The room was clean and cozy.

The lack of air conditioning. Also a bit confusing to check in and then find the room.

The room was very clean, quiet, and with all the necessary facilities and commodities for a pleasant stay. The bed was spacious enough and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure was easy and fast, through the self-service terminal.

Internet availability and quality were not constant, and certainly not with high-speed, as advertised. Also, one of the windows was not sealing properly

Self checking was not working properly and it was only option. Hotel have no one at reception. I had to go to another hotel on the other side of the street to complete check-in. While staff there was really helpful, whole issue was annoying. Happily it occurred while other hotel reception was still open, otherwise I could end up being stranded without a room.

Very clean and comfort rooms. Close to bus stop. Good communication with Airport.

Room was first class

Didn’t see anyone , checked in late and had to go to neighbouring hotel to collect key , which I appreciated and this wasn’t really a big problem but having staff 24 hour is now a luxury I guess

The hotel is located in a very nice area. You can easily reach the city center or the airport by direct bus in about 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There is no reception on-site, so check-in and check-out are self-service. If anything doesn’t work with self check-in, you can go across the street to the Hotel Zum Zeppelin, where the reception and breakfast are available.

The self check-in link I received didn’t work for me, so I had to go to Zum Zeppelin, but this was just a minor inconvenience. Check-out, on the other hand, worked flawlessly.

The room was comfy, large enough, and with all the necessary facilities. There were clean towels (2 small, 2 large), soap, and shampoo, and it was all very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel is easily accessible, with its own spacious parking lot.

The check-in/check-out terminal was not working properly, and we had to check ourselves in at a nearby hotel from the same provider. The internet was not only not very fast, but it barely existed, and the phone and laptop were dropping from the network regularly.

This room was good value for money. A stop off on the way home. Price is reasonable and the room is big and comfortable. chairs, bed and table, it made it a comfortable space.

We drive an EV. Eventhough there are a lot of spaces to charge your car it was a challenge to get it charged in time. The noise in the street was very evident in the room. As there is no air conditioning you need to open the windows. It looks like it is a hotel run by automation. We could not get any food at night nor in the morning. Not a problem for us. It seems as they just run the hotel as a overnight facility for customers travelling throught. No personal attention.

Hotel room was nice and clean. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so it was good for a night. The check-in process was easy, and the Hotel was responsive.

It was close to the street, so it was a bit noisy, and we had to close all the windows.

The room and bathroom were really beautiful and very spacious. The bus stop and Lidl are close, which is convenient.The bed was very comfortable.

The room equipment was a bit worse for wear - like the hand mirror which didn't hold in place, the wardrobe shelf which kept falling.The hotel declares that they will clean your room only if you put out the sign. Well we did. At 3 pm, it was still there. We didn't need clean towels, and when we asked for new coffee capsules, they were provided, but still.Our room was directly above the entrance and windows led to a busy street, so it was noisy at night.

Easy to access, parking, cleanness

There was no ventilation. Hence too much warm. Opening the window, hence too much noise from cars and motorcycles.

Spacious rooms, really good. Free parking is included.

Self service is efficient, but we didn't see a single person working at the hotel during our stay

Location was good, Lidl is very close. Room was nice and stylish. Highly recommend for short stays.

Pillows were extremely soft, not recommended.Check in process wasn’t that easy, I struggled with it since it seems my reservation number was wrong! Had to ho to the other hotel - crossing the road- and the barman supported me. Lost 45 minutes to manage the check in.

Two building sharing one reception, need to walk to the reception on the other side of the street. Check-in and check-out process on line not working always.

Big bathroom and room. Cold minibar. Easy check in and check out on your mobile phone. All door unlocked by mobile phone.

Nobody at Reception. Beds are hard, pillows too Software and my room was at a loud street junction (Room 311). Too loud to keep the windows open. But with no aircon the room was very warm

The staff was great, and I never met someone more friendly than the person at the reception. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was just like in the pictures, pretty clean and comfortable.The location is quiet but a bit far from the centre. The bus is just close by, though, and it takes you easily to the subway.

Location was excellent for the airport. It was a little daunting doing self check-in but needn’t have worried - everything was simple, well explained and easy.Rooms were finished to a high standard including Rituals toiletries.Extremely comfortable and plenty of free on site parking. Would definitely stay again
