Very nice property, modern and decorated as if it was brand new. Very nice room.

Had an issue with the toilet as it wouldn't stop running, and they couldn't fix that evening so moved us to another room.

The hotel is on a superbly location. The facility is very nice with their own restaurant.The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River.There is a free parking lot.The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind.The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.

We regret due to our short time spent there.

The hotel’s design, both inside and out, is stunning. The room was spotless and beautifully styled. The atmosphere throughout the property felt relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding—and the restaurant served truly unforgettable flavors.

• Water overflowed from the toilet when flushed, and also during showering. Additionally, the trash bin in the toilet was broken and couldn’t be opened.• Although the sauna was scheduled to open at 9:00, no staff were present to prepare or fix the room, making it unusable. We attempted to contact the staff but received no response. After waiting until 10:00, with no assistance provided, we had no choice but to leave and check out at 11:00.• The check-in process involved filling out too many forms, which felt a bit overwhelming. It would be much more convenient if we could complete everything online beforehand and simply receive the key upon arrival.

The hotel was neat, compact and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful

The hotel's internet is a bit heavy and we could not connect to our room from our registered name. They gave us a code from the reception but it had to be changed every day. For such a facility, the internet problem is unbecoming.

Everything. The style, amenities, wellness area - small but top notch, friendly staff in the restaurant and at reception.

The breakfast offering - in a hotel of this level nowadays it’s pretty standard that there is Cappucino or Latte Macchiato with lactose free milk available and that the staff does not tell the customer they don’t have the time for such an extra while 4 employees just stand around and do nothing. That was the only downside of the hotel.

We loved our stay, clean, lovely location, good facilities, great breakfast, nice staff!

Only a couple of small things, maybe an information sheet in the room stating opening times for breakfast, dinner, bar, spa area, would be helpful, we didn’t see this, so guessed, apart from remembering from check in! Secondly, just would be nice if the drinks were replaced each day to use as we were there for 6 days, so more coffee pods & teabags etc, once used within a few days, they were not replaced.

Spacious room; service would be even better if table in restaurant(next door) would be more easily available (eg for hotel guests)- more flexibility would have been appreciated

Beautiful surroundings and hotel, great staff and the restaurant food was actually very good (we were worried about the google maps reviews)

The spa only has saunas, no jacuzzi or pool, and the chillout area is big and was super busy, so it did not feel inviting to sit with naked people in a circle. Maybe just not our vibe ?The bed was extra hard so we didn't sleep so good.

Nice hotel at remote but beautiful location

Matress needs urgent replacement . It was soft in middle which was bad for my back

The hotel was modern, immaculately clean and beautifully situated. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay with nice facilities and breakfast was healthy and good qualify, service and staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had a comfort room overlooking the river and it was so lovely to see the birds and the landscape.

Fabulous hotel.very stunning place and beautiful views right on the river.the staff are really nice and value for money.the bar prices are good and 1am closing was great for us.The standard was high and very clean.Breakfast was really good with a good selection.

We have spent 2.5 weeks motorcycle touring scandinavia and like to visit local bars and sample local beers but it isn't very close to town.That being said, we would be very picky & unfair if we said this was a problem. we could of used public transport, as we have in the other 5 countries we have visited.

The wiev from the French balkon in the room and the evening bar. IT has a perfect wiev of the elbe and a very cosy interior. It is possible to eat a well prepared dinner, from a very small menu.

Lack of room service

Very nice hotel in a peaceful location. Good size room was with a river view and the restaurant was good. Our dogs even got their own homemade dog biscuits :)

Beautiful setting. This is a first class boutique style hotel. The view from our room, and bathroom, was stunning. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Room fittings are high end.
