Michaelis Hof

Great location and very clean room. It's nice that they offer a morning coffee, included in the price.

The shower cabin is a bit too small, even for a thin person. You cannot leave any luggage with them before the check-in and after the check-out.

Very values for money , clean and centrally located. WiFi is also good.

No the best lighting in the room. Could be improved.

Great location - right next to an S-bahn station’s exits (2 stops away from Hauptbahnhof) Room was clean, tidy and spacious The day staff was great and helpful. They provide teas coffee and croissants in the morning and it tastes great.

Slight hiccup on self check in. Nonetheless, Hotel was made aware of the situation and the day staffed handled it well.

Excellent hotel situated in a fairly central location of Hamburg, with on-site secure parking (at an additional charge). Clean and comfortable, basic breakfast which was sufficient for us. Would stay again.

Self check in is obvious if you read your email properly (which I didn't!). Some noise from the traffic which you may not get in a room situated at the back, but this would not deter me from staying again.

The location is excellent! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They were very nice during all of my stay. The small breakfast they offer is perfect because coffee is delicious and croissants are so crunchy.

The reception works only in the morning. Probably longer time period would be better.

Room was clean. Location is almost perfect to stay. There were coffee, tea and croissant at the reception in the morning hours.

Bed wasn’t comfortable and shower bath wad very narrow.

Nice room size, calm location.

Slightly far from the train station. No reception at the arrival (though instruction on how to retrieve the keys were very clear). The building and the rooms are a bit old.

The cleanness, the bathroom, location and simple quick fast breakfast.

The ambient noise from the other guests.Doors can permit noise and they make some noise due to air pressure in the corridors.

Location is good

The room, bed, duvet is very small. My foots were autside as i am in the childrens room. Bad is not comfortable. Lightning is wretched. There were only table lamps giving dim light. I could hardly collected my suitcase. Reception was not on duty as while it should be when my checking out time. I newer choose this hotel after this. I coulndt recomendate to anybody

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Close to an S bahn station so ideally situated for sightseeing. The fridge in the room was very useful.

Would have liked a kettle in the room so we could have made a hot drink.

Clean, convenient, secure car parking, perfect location

Croissants became prepared every morning. Staff behavior with smile, respect, and helpful.

There wasn’t any guidance about which floor is the hotel and using security card to activate parking barrier in relevant email. Sounds of ambulance out. There was a smell of urine sometime in the room. There weren’t water cocker and small caffe machine in the room while they were on the room photos during the booking process. A locked wardrobe in the room not usable and occupied the space.

The hotel was really well located, at a very reasonable price. The room was also super nice, with an old style decor that gave it a bit more character than a normal hotel. The check in was really easy and when we saw the staff in the morning they were so friendly and helpful.

Clean and good location

Price too high, rooms were too small.

The hotel is located in peaceful part of the city, but still near the centre, with convinient possibilites of public transport. In the room there were comfortable bed, a little fridge and TV and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Worth mentioning is helpful and kind service - I needed to check out earlier and was serviced efficiently in advance.

Alles in Ordnung :)

Clean, spacious, nice location right next to S-bahn

It’s very very near to S bahn. We really love the location.and it’s also near with halal restaurants. You can simply walk within a few minutes.

Michaelis Hof is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and all amenities are kept in good shape. The water has good pressure and it´s warm, beds are comfy. You can rent an ironing board and iron for free, before going to work you can get a free coffee. I book it because it´s close to work. There´s nothing special about it, but I return because it´s fair.

It´s a little too expensive for what it is in my opinion. Then again, Hamburg gets very expensive.

Wonderful location: in the center of the city, 2 min to S Bahn station, 7min to U Bahn station and the Michaelis Church (in different directions).Spacious room, fantastic veiw: our room is facing Elbphilharmonie!Breakfast at reception: not only coffee, milk, and tea, but also croissant!Heating and shower: always powerful!Staff: very very obliging!

the location was perfect, basically everything you would need is within walking distance. the metro station is also very close which is nice.rooms were clean and pretty spacious.

the sofa was a bit too hard, and not that enjoyable to sleep on.
