Pros +
- Great location, nice and clean.
- It was very cosy place. For a few night, to have a rest after tiredness day and sleep nights, is perfect!!!
- Very good mattresses!!! The best and modern hotel to stay!
Cons -
- Not really a criticism but it's certainly a no-frills operation. Personally I appreciate it.
- The room was very small, but it is not bad to have a rest. City-tax was 5€ per person, I didn’t expected so much, because in other hotels I have paid jast 2€
- The toilet needs to prevent water to come out everywhere.

The hotel was easy to find and maybe 250m from St Pauli U bahn stationDoor entry via a key card not a code was easy to arrangeRoom small and a bit cramped with the bed, but very good value given the price and locationShower very warm with no delayBed comfortableFC St Pauli football stadium 5 minute walk away and harbour area also in easy walking distance
The room wasn't spotless - fine for me as a single male but others may feel differentlyRoom was small
I mean its on the strip, your sleeping above a nightclub. So yeah, if thats what your looking for great
I My flight landed at 8PM and I arrived at 9PM, I had emailed the hotel and they said it was fine, when I arrived it took me an hour to get in. It was 11:15 by the time I got in. There was a number on the door, I called and called and called, eventually someone told me about a code and a keybox. Could have sent me this infomation before. Then when I got up to my room there was a party next door. I text the same number that called me and I quote: "Can you go and tell them no parties" That was it. The party went on until 7am. And not once did anyone bother to come over. Honestly the guy on the phone could not care less. He actually hung up on me.
The location was excellent and the room had wifi a nice bathroom with soap, shampoo, hairdryer and many extra towels, the room also had a big mirror, two comfortable beds,a TV with many channels and a writingdesk and that for about 160 euro for 3 nights
The reception was always closed
Bad
Totally zero communication with me. I wasn’t living in the hotel. I come near the hotel door and call them in bell near the main entrance. But nobody answers and I don’t get money back. For sure that was them mistake.!!!
The room was clean. The windows isolate street noise well.
While showering, water spilled onto the floor because the shower door did not close tightly.
The hotel was cheap, the price was reflected in the hotel. The staff were friendly. Easy access to public transport.
The shower over flowed and dirt come up through the drain. No A/C. Very loud from all the bars - I was unaware this was a street full of bars.
It is located in one street full of bars and night clubs, during the whole night was loud and noisy.
The location, actually it was a very crowded place with a lots of bars and restaurants, but at the same time it was near everything, we could walk to every touristic attraction by walk. Water pressure and temperature was very nice.
The situation near hotel is a bit off, too many drunk people, unpleasant smell. The room itself was a bit small, wish it was a bigger.
Hotel Keese is on Reeperbahn, metro and S-Bahn are in a 2 minutes range on foot.at night... it's St. Pauli, music people alcohol and fun and chaos, but still safe, so Hotel Keese is not for people who wants super calm rest!
check-in was from 2 PM, this was a little bit uncomfortable
The place is neat and compact. It’s is worth the price and affordable as well. A very good location.

The location was excellent and even relativly quiet for it‘s location on the Reeperbahn and the beds were really comfortable.
The rooms were very small, the staff wasn‘t very helpful, the hallways always smelled like cigarettes and the parking lot was very dirty littered with trash.
Hotel Keese is a nice little hotel in Hamburg. We found it quiet and comfortable , but in terms of value for money very good. Street outside 'feels' a bit rough, but we were in early and tired so no dramas there.
Given the prices in Hamburg, it was quite a good deal. The room was pretty small, but still fine for couple days and one person. It is located on Reeperbahn, which is apparently the Hamburg's red light district. I didn't realize it before arriving, so was a little surprised ?
I would appreciate if there was a little fridge and an electric kettle in the room, but given how small it was, I guess there was not enough space for that.Sometines it was noisy outside. No foot towels, and the bathroom floor didn't have a drain. They allowed late checkin (which I was grateful for), but the key was left in the box outside the hotel door and I wasn't informed about it beforehand. I had to call and get instructions, otherwise I would not be able to enter the building.
Horrible
There's a nightclub right below the property. This is not disclosed beforehand. I know the area is busy and with music, but sleeping above a night club is just impossible, especially with it going on until 6am.I left after the first night, was told I'd get a refund, and now management is refusing to even speak.
there was nothing to like about this property.
the Room was dirty, there was alot of dust, dirt and filth underneath the bed. the hotel does not have lifts and we were on the third floor with heavy bags. we were promised help with our bags in the morning when we left, but that help never came and our calls were being dropped when we tried to follow up on this in the morning, overall terrible service in a terrible location.
The staff were nice but...
The hall smelled of BO and cigarettes. They charged me over £200 a night for a box room, it was a rip off
