    • Carparking is straight forward with a discounted payment. It is clean and staff was really helpful.
    • All as expected, functional, clean and quiet as you need. The location is surprisingly calm.
    • The room was nice. The breakfast was good. The position in the city rather practical! For a businees trip it was a good accomodation

    Cons -

    • Perfect option for party group but not recommend for family trip. First day ,around 15-20 homeless were sleeping just in front of the hotel. We needed to use other entrance.Ok , it is close to metro station but it is really chaotic place and people approached to you for asking money. We didn't feel comfortable while walking around the hotel. Generally ,It is not fault of the hotel but you may be dissatisfied while expecting peaceful family trip.
    • the staff was kinda rude and not very helpful
    • There was a trolley noise around 05.00 am in the hotel that lasts a good hour and waked me up.

It was clean, modern and with easily accessible parking lot. Room size was good, with more than enough space for 2 people. Access from the parking to the room is straightforward. Staff was friendly and helpful.

While there was a bottle of water in the room, you had to pay for it.

I've stayed here several times and found it to be no fuss, clean, and it now has AC. The staff are very helpful, and have always been pleasant despite my shenanigans. The water pressure in the shower was enough to flay your skin off.

I've never tried the breakfast, so I can't comment on that or whether it is value for money.

Good location near Reeperbahn but away from the noise.Good, reasonably priced secure parking on site.Great for one night, passing through Hamburg

Very small rooms and bathroom but did not matter as we spent very little time in our room.

Close to underground stationEasy access to fishmarket and wayerfrintPretty roof gardenFriendly cleaning staff

No tea/ coffee facility in room Room smelled of smoke

Excellent location to ReeperbahnGood shower and comfy bed

    Nothing really

    5BrettPosted on: 4-30-2024

The beds were fairly comfortable although they were 2 singles joined together, the shower was hot and the rooms clean, the lift was slow but did the job

Ask not to stay on the back side of the building as every morning from 6am till around 7 there is a very very noisy delivery truck for the supermarket below the hotel. There is no kettle or any type of coffee tea making facilities - you can get a free coffee in the foyer but only till 10am after which they charge - I would not stay here again.

I found the ladies on reception rude and very unhelpful. The receptionist and manager both tried to tell myself and my wife I booked the wrong room when you could see on my booking that I booked a queen double bed and then told us we booked a disabled room when clearly we are not disabled. They didn’t apologise. I felt they judged us the moment we walked in because we were a gay couple. Worst experience I have ever had.

    The staff

The hotel is a cheap taxi ride from the fishmarket area, river cruises and Hop on-Hop off buses. The Reeperbahn was a block away, interesting but chancy depending on time of day. Only restaurants close to hotel were there. Wide variety of them. Breakfast was excellent.

When we booked he hotel advertised that they provided dinner service. That is no longer the case. We arrived late in the afternoon so no dinner on site was a big disappointment. Our room was strangely designed but comfortable enough. The design was described as "Scandi". but, having been in Stockholm several times I think the Swedes should sue for defamation. One opened the door to see, on the right, a black metal hanging rack with 2 sets 4 coat hangers. The rack was high enough that it was difficult to reach but that did allow space for suitcases underneath. Next to the rack there were stacked open wooden boxes about 12"x12"x12". They were substitute for drawers and quite inadequate. The beds were side to side singles and comfortable. Two bedside tables had space underneath. At the far end of the room there were two reasonable comfortable chairs but the TV was on a sloped wall and could only be seen from the beds, The view from the chairs was of the bathroom door. The bathroom was so tiny that when one sat on the toilet one's knees were under a corner of the tiny bathroom sink.

The staff are very welcoming and the shower is fantastic. The location is handy for our foreign office

Hard to say. You get what you pay for. Other hotels can be extremely expensive but when travelling on business it suits me.

Hotel staff was great, location to the Reeperbahn and subways was perfect. Check in was quick and easy. Room was comfortable, AC was sufficient. Room and bathroom were both very clean. We even were able to have a later checkout which was super helpful.

    Nothing, it was great

    7GinoPosted on: 8-8-2023

If you want a hotel in the middle of the Reeperbahn then you are in the right place. All the sights are close by and walkable. If not then you can always grab a metro or bus.

The hotel feels a bit dated and the beds are quite stiff. The bathroom was small but doable.

    7AnnePosted on: 7-22-2023

Close to the city centre and had a parking basement. But remember to have cash for the parking as they do not accept card.

Needs some renovation, the bathroom was old.

    Good

Staff could’ve been friendlier and more helpful, they did not want to know us and also and extra pillow was much needed

    6LeePosted on: 6-9-2023

Location, and nice atmosphere in hotel

No ironing facilities in room, then a deposit required at front desk to get one

This hotel is right at the start of the Reeperbahn (Altona end) in St Pauli, expect to see a few adult only facilities about and the area does have an Ibiza feel. The hotel was very close to the tube so handy for getting around. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. This hotel was just a bit pricey but in a great area if you are looking for fun and close to the port for very good restaurants!

The hotel was a bit pricey and this didn't include breakfast. Also it is at the start of a adult area which we didn't realise though we got over that.

location …. I didn’t realise it was that near to the famous area.
