They could have been more accommodating and could’ve offered anything back as a relief but they didn’t. I had way better

The room service broke a bathroom product of mine and the reception asked for an invoice to refund me but i didn’t have an invoice, also i was charged the room rate twice and based on the receptionist i will have to wait for two days to two weeks to be refunded.

Location is incredible, the view above the city and harbour is stunning! Love the full window view!

- There is no phone in the room. Only one in the hallway. Very concerning, considering emergencies and also for general questions.- Bath room has a very bad smell. Only left after using the shower. - Room service is only until 9:30pm…also on weekends. This doesn’t make sense.

The layout was good. Staff were helpful.

A very modern hotel.

This hotel boasts of being an elegant Design and Lifestyle location but it just feels cold, stark and braggadocious. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and just feel cold and lifeless. In the room, there is not much in the way of communication with the guest. (Yes, everything is digital now, I understand that). What little written communication there is, gives the guest the message that they do not have control of the AC. I slept very badly. On two of my four nights there, there were queues for the party location on the 20th floor through the entire lobby that I had to fight my way through to get to the lift up to my room. I was attending a 4 day conference during the days and had thought I would take care of myself by booking a good hotel where I could rest, but this was not the place for that.

Great location, fabulous hotel and facilities, excellent breakfast and the bar is superb! Friendly and helpful staff!

The room lacked basic amenities like complimentary water and tea/coffee-making facilities. The cleaning service was invasive and disruptive. Having to pay 28€ for breakfast, the service was unacceptably slow, and the absence of coffee machines was inconvenient. For a 4-star hotel, this was far below expectations—you can do much better!

High floor suites

A coffee machine for a morning coffee in the lobby would be good and a kettle in the rooms.suites

The view was nice, the room the comfortable.

The bar staff were inattentive, service was reluctant, the bar was dark, I tried to work there but couldn't read my notes. I was offered a room upgrade, I was then charged for the "upgrade"

Room was rather spacious and the view from the room is breathtaking. Also a bar with a fantastic view on the 20th floor.

This was a last minute booking coming at a rather high price, for which the hotel was definitely not of the standard. Towels in the bathroom were nearly torn; obviously overused. There were neither a coffee machine in the room, nor a telephone device to call for room service or -in the worst case-for an emergency.

Hotel staff was awesome: warm, friendly, and helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 10+ minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was excellent and comparable to the Annabelle in Pafos, Amathus in Lemesos, Grecian Bay in Agia Napa and Capo Bay in Protaras, just on a smaller scale. Hotel and room were clean, neat and comfortable enough. The grounds and pool areas were well kept and easily accessible. The photos shown on booking accurately depict the hotel, grounds and rooms.

Location

Roof bar coat and reservation policies. We came to the roof bar and, without reservation, were not able to get a window table. There were many window tables free while we were there, but all had a "reserved" sign on them.

The spread of breakfast was very good.Generally, all the areas are very clean and well organized.

If Netflix or Disney Plus available will be an added bonus during the stay, like using our existing subscription to sign in.

Nothing, was all great

We went to stay at this hotel for our civil wedding. What we liked was the central location and the view. The restaurant is nice and food is delicious.

There was practically no WiFi connection in the room and no reception on cellphones. No phone to contact the lobby and no room service or kettle for tea.The staff was very cold when asking for anything. We were very disappointed.Also when we move the mattresses in the room and it was insanely dirty below them. Also the front doors to the lobby do not open quick enough, the carpet in the lobby blocks the wheels of suitcases and it is so dark that you think you are in a night club. Also the dress code is non existent but then when you wear a simple vest this isn’t allowed - ridiculous. We will definitely not come back.

Friendly and personal serviceThe staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no swimming Pool in the Hotel and There was no kettle in the room.

Very accommodating for families. Facilities were outstanding and clean. Location was beautiful overlooking the river
