The bed was full of bedbugs and I was up all night?. The bathroom was very dirty???????

the bed was comfortable. the room was large.

The hotel was under renovation. The room was very large but it seemed to have been an apartment previously, with an empty space where the kitchen was. In the bathroom, no hot water was available, only lukewarm water for about 3 minutes of showering, then it went cold. The shower curtain didn't even reach to the bottom of the shower, and all the water from showing went out on the bathroom floor and into the room. There were some broken curtains on one side of the room, no shades or curtains on the other side. It was also very loud outside (from the construction site).

Main road in Hamburg but the place and hotel mostly dark and lots of strange people around may be they are refugees or something could not tell you exactly

Pretty cheap but honestly worth spending more to be closer to the city

No hot water, door frame wasn't secure so you could push the door open whilst locked, it looked like someone had forced it before.Reception closed at 10pm but wasn't completely clear, need to use back doors at night where car park is.Weird weird locals, had one approach us while we were sitting near the carpark, guy ended up sitting with us and demanding hotspot wifi/"sniff", weird. Slowly started grabbing our stuff and walked around the block before going back into hotel. The door not being secure was sketchy, weirdo was sat there for about an hour after we left so a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was sealed off like a murder scene but the window was left open to the balcony, bit creepy.One plug per room so bring adapters.Building is generally run down.

We booked online, clearly stated we were coming in late (2am) they had an area to check off your intake time, yet they were closed when we arrived

It wasn’t complicated to check in i took immediately the room’s key

There was no light for the room but for the disk it was cold and i could not get what i want to drink from the reception on time but till 30 minutes later at least generally because it was closed often

The bed was the best part.

.Paying that much for your own room is understandable, but it's not even in the city... also not sure what kind of factory is near there but the smell at times in the air was disgusting

Bad experience, rude staff, they even asked me to report this matter to bookings.com as they do not care.

Everything about this property is fake. The staffs are not doing their jobs, we stayed there for 4 days and they never clean the room nor even provide a towel to us. The images are not real , the said hotel is an old building and incomplete building.

We are talking about a hotel that is anything but a hotel.The room was dirty, the bathroom door blocked, mold everywhere..dust everywhere..stains on the blankets..cigarettes everywhere on the terrace..bathroom glass door detached and leaning against the wall!!!I can go on forever...I would like to clarify the what happened because I spent 90 euros for a room that made my stay a nightmare.

Free parking, location ok close to underground railway.

Cold water only, the biggest problem. Suitable only for one day stay.

It wasn’t clean… water gets stuck in the basin after brushing your teeth and washing your face… bath water leaks all around the bathroom

The service was terrible. NO HYGIENE AT ALL!!!! There were faeces from the toilet all over the hotel room. It was a disaster. We had booked for two nights, we left the property on the first day because of how discussing it was. There were mice and cockroaches all over the place and everything was extremely dusty, but the toilet faeces situation was the top!!!! NEVER visit this hotel! After leaving because the staff did nothing, we also didn’t get our money back of course and the hotel did not answer messages in booking, nor phone calls. Catastrophic!

The Wi-Fi was incredibly horrible and the TV wasn’t working in any of the rooms I was transferred to (THREE TIMES).

I have chosen the hotel with breakfast. But It came out that hotel did not give any breakfast . During my stay , only once my room is ( not fully) half cleaned.

it was terrible. I had to stay for 2 nights there and I coud not use the shower. the room was really really dirty.

We booked here because all other places were full. The reviews were bad so we expected the worse. When we arrived we found that there is actually nothing wrong with this hotel. Yes, it's in a repurposed old tenement building, but it's clean and our room was very spacious and had mostly new furniture.It's a bit quirky and I wonder if the bad reviewers are somewhat spoilt and freak out as soon as something is different.We even had an old Chippendale-like leather sofa in it.Even the location is not that bad. Yes it's 6km from the city centre, but it's a lively place with parks, supermarkets and lots of restaurants and cafés where you get good food for half the price of what you pay in the city.

A hot water kettle would have been good. Also, there are very few power points, so a power board would have been helpful.
