Motel One Hamburg-Fleetinsel

Very comfortable full service hotel, great breakfast and convenient location.

They could manage their entry better. We tried to drive through the porte cochere and drop off luggage but other cars were always parked across the driveway and the hotel had no one at the door to control this.

The location, the staff, the lobby. Everything was great.

Lack of fridge in the room.

Location

Room was like a shoebox. No space for clothes. Bathroom very small. Bar served only toast. Breakfast was chaos, breakfast meager.

The modern lobby and the bar was lovely, great drinks

Gets quite busy in the reception, maybe more staff?

Great location, beaultiful hotel. Bar is 24h!

Markts are far and close early. You guys could have a shelf with snaks somewhere.

Perfect breakfast, clean room well located

The room was very small

Location was good, breakfast was good

Too many people at breakfast and not enough tables. No parking was available when we arrived. Room was small but fine.

Great value for moneyParkingClose to city

Great for one person, might be a little tight for 2

Location

The rooms were extremely small. You could hardly walk around the bed.At check-in, we struggled with the staff was an accustomed with Booking.com reservations.

Disappointing customer service

The staff charged me twice for the room and I am still short of 20 euros on the refund. Despite having email the team they have opted for silence as a response - very disappointed with the treatment received.

Practical , good location , nice rooms , nice bar , parking

It’s our second stay at this hotel in Hamburg and we’ve been using Motel One Hotel chain throughout Europe since 2014. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We’ve had yes another very pleasant stay Motel One Fleetinsel Hamburg.Thanking all hardworking staff for their professionalism.

Great hotel, in a great location, very kind and professional staff.

The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was excellent.

The only negative for me was that there was a lack of capacity for guests to have breakfast except at very early times, which was unsuitable for us because we wanted to relax and not have to get up early on holiday.

Best bar and terrace.

rooms are a little bit small

Staff very helpful.Room had a nice view if the water

Breakfast was not worth the extra money. Poor selection of food.

The ideal location if you plan to spend the evening at the Elbphilharmonie. The hotel has convenient underground parking, which is important in Hamburg if you arrive by car. Pet-friendly.

Friendly staff. Good value overall.

Complicated and difficult to close shower glass panels.Meager breakfast.
