I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh and well-organized, with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

So small room without any cast for clothes is normal?! Without any refrigerator! Without any electrical kettle! My job is traveling! Every week every hotels ! That was so unexpected Cuz i catch cold here and i need warm water for drinking! And it was not possible!! And we should pay extra for warm water in bars! And from 12 floor go and come !

A warm and quiet place. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended..

Was ok quite expensive for the standard of the rooms. We did nit book breakfast and when we went down for a coffee we were told of by a rude woman that the seats were for people eating breakfast. Nowhere to sit for a morning coffee. Reception staff were however really nice and very helpful. Underground stop right outside. No drink facilities in room at all.

Location was excelente just one stop from Hbf. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were also very modern and cozy.

The small duvets... I would’ve prefer a single big duvet

My room overlooked a garden and away from traffic so quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

The lobby is really nice and cosy, breakfast selection is decent. The staff was welcoming and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The rooms are very small, AC is due for a refit. It was impossible to control the temperature in the room, we had to leave the window open over night because the air would get extremely stale with two persons sleeping in this small room, the temperature fluctuated wildly over night from warm to cold. Ventilation in the bathroom didn't work effectively so we had to leave the door and window open to clear the moisture after showers.We got booked into a room equipped for only one guest and had to ask twice to get a second set of blankets and towels because the staff was too busy.I can live with these small details but expect better at the pricepoint.

The hotel’s location is excellent — the U-Bahn and bus stops are right in front of the hotel. Great value for money; the usual Motel One quality, no surprises there.

The only issue was that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working.

The room was good, didnt love the pillows. The location was good but not in a very turistic area. However it has easy acces by metro and bus.

I liked that it was located near the underground station and easy to get to all the hot spots in Hamburg. The staff were super nice and everything was clean.

Great location, nearby cafes, supermarkets, all transportations. Nice large lobby with indoor and outdoor settings areas.

The room is too small with no additional items like kettle, or coffee machine. Also there is no phone inside the room, so when ever I needed something I had to go down to the reception to ask.

Wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly, and we loved that the bar is open 24 hours. The beds are incredibly comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep. Also great for runners or guests with dogs – there’s a lovely lake nearby for walks. Perfect location - S/U-Bahn around

The only downside is that the way from the railway station to the hotel is a bit ugly and not very clean, but once inside, everything is perfect.

The staff was fluent in English, so communication was smooth, and they were all very nice. The room was small but great value for what we paid, everything was new and spotless, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Highly recommend it!

If you walk to the hotel from the train station is not a very nice walk, but the hotel itself is in a very safe and quiet area, close to a lovely neighborhood near Lange Reihe where many bars and restaurants are located.
