Room was nice, bed extremely comfortable and breakfast offered vast variety of food.

Breakfast area was too crowded and we were off season on Monday at 9am.

The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from all the major attractions. A very convenient and pleasant stay overall.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was simple but clean. The breakfast had loads of options which was nice for our family with young children. Outside the hotel there is also a little playground and water fountain which our children liked.

The AC in our room didn't work! So we had to open the windows which are from floor to ceiling which is somewhat scary at a higher floor. However, you could only open up to a certain point so it was safe for young children.

Loved my stay at Scandic Emporio! I was in room 101—stylish, super clean, with tons of windows (but blackout curtains made it perfect for sleeping). The bed was really comfy with great pillows and a cozy comforter. Nice extras too, like free drinks in the mini fridge and a coffee machine with everything you need for a great coffee or hot chocolate.Breakfast was amazing—huge variety: cereals, fruit, cold cuts, eggs, waffles, you name it. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.The location is unbeatable—right in the city center and close to the subway. Would absolutely stay here again!

Only minor downside: Wi-Fi was a bit weak in my room, probably because it was in a corner.There’s no full restaurant in the hotel, but they do have a convenient little shop in the lobby with sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and essentials you might’ve forgotten.

Location was good. Room size was fine. Coffee maker worked well, Quiet, Comfortable bed. Great staff.

Everything was fine. Which is standard with the Scandic brand. I stayed at 3 hotels under this umbrella of hotels. And all were pretty much the same (except Oslo which I did not like). If you get a good price stay here. It's fine. There are a lot of good hotels in Hamburg - look around. Scandic brand is a ``safe`` choice.

I liked the location, easily walkable to many different sites in the city and with close access to public transit. There was water and coffee provided in the room. There was also a water fountain downstairs in the gym that I used to refill the water bottle. The front desk was able to help schedule a taxi to and from the airport. There were bikes on site to rent and a nice outdoor space with a water fountain you could sit at. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom also smelled very good which was a nice bonus.

The beds were a bit soft for my preference but still overall comfortable.

it is a big hotel with a small-hotel feel. the staff is incredibly friendly, breakfast well worth the expense.

The very expensive parking. It should pro-rated or at least discounted.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location!

Great room

Although I was told to run the shower for a long time for it to warm up it never really did and was either stone cold or lukewarm at best. The lack of milk for tea and coffee seemed a bit cheap - bar that almost perfect

I have stayed at your hotel for the fourth time in a row. And every time I admire the amenities, the interior of the room and the lounge area for guests. Every time I stay at your hotel, every time I am convinced that I have made the right choice. During the day you can have a snack and enjoy your rest in the lounge area and this is included in the price of the room. And the breakfast exceeds all expectations in terms of the abundance of dishes.Thank you to the administration.You are the best hotel in Hamburg.

The staff is super nice and polite.They have a sustainability policy for cleaning. That is all very fine and well, but checking-in to a room with dirty shoe prints all over the floor and bathroom is not nice.They should also improve the cleaning in the showers. The grouts should not be moldy nor the tiles grimy.

Everything was great! We’d prefer the same hotel again.Here are just two things- beds were too soft, at least for us. - there was a shop in the hotel for snacks but we were be happy if there was a restaurant option tooExcept these two we really love the hotel. Great staff, great location, great breakfast. Thanks for everything ❤️

Business hotel in the city center. Very nice staff but breakfast too expensive and room very clean but also very formal
