Pros +
- The location was absolutely fantastic for using public transport and for exploring the local area. Sbahn train into Hamburg for the markets was really frequent and only a few stops. The local market was absolutely brilliant too, great lively area and any amount of food and bar options within meters of the hotel.
- Clean and warm room, big comfortable bed, pretty quiet at night, even though it was located at the red light district. The room service was kind.
- Nice room, good bed
Cons -
- Would be great if there was a chair or two in the room, just so during the short times you're in the room itself you don't need to sit on the bed. There was a stool but no back support - that's literally my only recommendation.
- I didn't like the check-in system at all. The check-in machine was showing an error when it had to issue my key card, and when I tried to message the hotel, they never answered. Another couple who was there and couldn't check-in either called a hotline number to ask for help, but noone came to help us. The problem seemed to be a blocked card. Also there was an extra charge of 14 euros that was not mentioned at Booking or at the instructions I got.Another issue was the shower. There is no separator or a long enough curtain between the shower and the floor, so the toilet floor floods with water after showering. Also, the second day the room service stuff forgot to put new towels.
- Shower head needs replaced.

Nice room, good bed
Shower head needs replaced.
Perfect location. Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Clean room.
No fridge.
Central location in St Pauli. Clean room and comfy bed.
Automated checking was a bit frustrating, as you needed to enter a lot of personal information on the touch screen outside on a busy street before you could enter.
The price and accessibility (close to the S-bahn and bus stop in front).
I feel that the room has not been properly cleaned. The sheets had stains and some hair, and there were many dusty spots in the room and furniture. Also, the street is a bit loud and the acoustic insulation of the window is poor.

The room and employees were great, however, the street and other room noise was terrible. Evidently, no sound insulation. Sounded like the people etc was in the room.
Staff was top notch. Location was good. Room was like the pictures on the site. Housekeeping had to wake up at checkout time and was very understanding.
The pillow was kind of like some old chopped up pillows in a big case. Not the most comfortable. And not so much something I didn't like, but it was a room. That's it. No frills, no extras.
Location, cleanliness, excellent shower!
Apart from a lot of noise from the street, there’s nothing bad to say about the hotel itself!

i arrived in the morning and my room was already ready and they let me check in early for free, the room is very clean a
the bathroom is in the middle of the room which is a bit weird but bc i was alone i didnt care
The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was even cleaner than my own at home. Although there was no one at the front desk, the instructions they provided were extremely clear, and we had no issues. Considering it's a party area, you might expect security concerns or people coming and going at all hours, but inside the hotel, it was very quiet, and the entrance door was always closed. The only issue was that I didn’t get a response when I messaged about an early checkout, so we had to wait for someone to arrive at the reception. Perhaps you could provide advance information for early checkouts. Still, not really a problem.
If you're not familiar with the Reeperbahn area, I think you should reconsider staying here. It's a very noisy neighborhood. We didn’t know and happened to be there on a Saturday. People partied like crazy outside until 6 a.m., and you can’t help but wake up to the sounds. After the party, there were taxi drivers shouting one after another, hundreds of seagulls swarming over what the partygoers left behind, and finally, the cleaning vehicles. If you're not a deep sleeper like my spouse, you might keep waking up throughout the night. However, that was due to our own lack of awareness. It’s not exactly a practical suggestion, but maybe you could consider adding extra insulation if you ever decide to replace the window frames.
Clean and comfortable
Location was busy and noisy. Check in difficult, door was locked, we called propiator but went to voicemail
The location was very central, and access to the room was convenient. The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities were quite good. We especially enjoyed the showers. Public transport and restaurants are nearby.
There is nothing much to criticise besides the smell of cigarettes in the hotel. That was mainly due to the staff smoking in front of the hotel entrance.
No breakfast included in my stay
The room was a little warm, even though there was a fan in the room. I would have benefited from a little more room to work on the desk.
The room is clean, and comfortable but the only thing we had no idea about was that the area is basically the red light district of Hamburg, and the hotel is sketchy with no lobby, no reception,... I think the hotel is mainly used by clients from the red light area.. :)
It was quiet, clean and in a good location
In the red light district
The great thing was that they allowed an early check in for free, which made my logistics much easiee, thanks for that! The room is quite clean and was made up daily.
First, the bedroom is literally the closet and the bathroom at the same time (see photo attached). I've been to many hotels and it's the first time there was no separation from the toilet. I find this unacceptable! The breakfast is NOT in the hotel, it's in a different place you need to walk for about 5-7 min. They don't even tell this upon check-in, and the directions you find in the room are misleading. DO NOT BOOK A BREAKFAST HERE!Avoid the street Reeperbahn if you plan to sleep, where this hotel is located. I knew it was a party street, but it exceeded all my worst expectations. Loud drunks and noisy until 2-3 am so you can't sleep. It's not just party street, you can't get to the door without being attacked 2-3 times by desperate hookers in the evening and hobos at daytime. Reeperbahn is much worse compared to Amsterdam's red-light district. It's more filthy, dirty, and disgusting.
Passable
there was fan from the restaurant below that was making a lot of noise , even the floor was shaking . Contacted the renter , he was going to ask to turn it off . But it was not turned off at all. at night it was off. Not going there anymore.
