Stadthaushotel Hamburg - Inklusionshotel

Location was good, still fairly good to reach everything and bus stop right outside. Super friendly staff, nice room, very quiet towards the garden despite the busy street. The garden was super. You could open a window at night, bed comfy and I slept soundly.

I am sure the staff would have fulfilled every wish but without asking the breakfast was a bit...just boiled eggs, no tea at sight. That said, there was fresh fruit and a great selection of bread. Kettle and some coffee and tea in rooms would have been great too. Towels could do with more changing as they tend to get wet in the wet room/shower. (Drive-in shower with curtain, so it gets flooded a bit:-) Also, bed was a tad small for my liking but very comfy.

Great location and beautifully maintained property. Nice courtyard area behind hotel to escape from traffic noise and relax .

Nothing All great!

Extra welcoming and kind staff! My room was very comfortable and clean. All Hamburg attractions are at easy and quick reach by bus and S-Bahn.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the contact before the trip was great. We were arriving after reception would be closed and we were given really good instructions how to find our way

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

Clean, safe and quiet.

Breakfast was a little basic but adequate.

Nothing was missing. All fine. Beautiful green space behind the hotel.

Things like magerine, jam, cheese spread in plastic.

Very clean with super helpful staff.
