Very good location. Staff is helpful and most speak good English. Very clean.

As an American, I am used to having a microwave in the room, but that is it.

Only powdered milk provided for tea / coffee . Very small towels for showering . Two bottles of shower gel but no hair shampoo in shower area . Breakfast ok but not great for hot food . Bar closed on Sunday evening .

Great place with transportation right across the street, many great restaurants and stores around hotel, very clean, comfy, with great stuff. Breakfast is also great.

Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and I like the location. Right across the road from the s bahn with direct access to airport and city centre. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in but he was just lovely. So polite and professional.

Breakfast was disappointing. For the price paid, the selection of fruit was poor and generally not much choice. The room was a little on the small side. Ok for one person but for 2, I would say too small. The hotel is fine for a night or 2 but not a longer stay.

A basic room, but with a nice design and tall ceiling. I asked for a quiet room on the last/high floor, and actually got an extremely quiet room on the last floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable for me.

No kettle. Maybe a relatively small window, but if that is the price to pay for a quiet room than no problem at all.

The facility is located very close to the metro station and has many opportunities as 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in a double room looking to main road. The room cleaning is facilitated every day.The bathroom is modern and usable,decorated with chic accessories.The dining hall is large enough to entertain most of the guests at the same time

Some of the staff at the reception could be more caring against all the guests. The requisitions regarding the earlier check-in possibility could enable more flexibility

Very friendly and attentive staff. The people make the difference. Room was practical if you accept the state-of-industry design standard. It has everything you need. I appreciated the really light-blocking curtains - not a common feature these days. Location next to train station is very convenient. There’s an Aldi on the same block.

The breakfast

The hotel do not have triple rooms. I did the reservation from Booking for 2 adults and one kid and nobody. It is the hotel or Booking, alert me about this issue and we had to slept all in one bed.Furthermore, at the time of check in nobody inform us about the cleaning of the room under request and the room was not done for this reason, It should be clearly informes at the time of check in and also on the room.

Airconditioned room, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Convenient location with several restaurants and cafes, a nice museum and access to public transport.

The hotel is not centrally located but it is close to the metro/bus station and is easily reachable. Comfortable bed. A free taxi from the airport was a real bonus. Free transport ticket for Hamburg and surroundings but could have been more transparent that this service was available to the guests.

The room was small. The cleaning is not very detailed. The shampoos and soaps were empty when we arrived. Had to ask twice to be refilled.

location is nice... hotel room was clean, and my room was great... so regarding that all fine...

personal is ok but they dont say hello every time. i am oldschool so i like to say hello.For internet there should be free option instead of some member registration...it is not that reward program is available all round europe.

Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport S- Bahn, U- Bahn and buses. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet, spacious room.
