PROXIMITY TO HOSPITAL WAS PERFECT

Comfortable room and bedding, good Wifi, friendly staff, basic amenities provided, cleanliness, eco-friendly. Location close to UKE buildings.

Shower knobs too tight, rather expensive, not value for money. Esample, for room rates (220 per night!), basic things were lacking: there was no mini-fridge/ bar, water was provided only on day 1 for a 3-day stay, breakfast was not included and charged at 30eur/day. Rates could have been high due to full demand, If I would pay 120 eur/ night I can give a higher review.

the hotel is included gym and not far from facility I wanna go.

the bed meant to be queen size but actual it was the 2 single bed with small uncomfortable gap in between.

apparently some rooms have coffee machines; ours simply had a hot water kettle to make instant coffee. The coffee maker would have been better.

Maybe a fridge in the room and shower caps! Apart from this nothing really to complain about.

I stay at the Dorint Eppendorf when I am required for an early appointment at the University Clinic, which is next door. I always get exactly what I expect and usually more.

There is nothing to not like, although I must say that hanging the hairdryer over the toilet roll is a bit odd. I never know what to do with the cord which interferes with the roller. This is true in every room I have stayed in. :D

I only stayed for one night during a short business trip, so I can't say too much about this hotel. The experience I had was great. It's a rather typical German hotel. No frills, a bit cold (atmosphere, not temperature) but perfectly efficient, very clean and quite comfy.

Great variety of food for breakfast. Staff were so helpful particularly Letezia at reception she helped us with so much advice on where to go ect.

The room was large, with a good desk and chair. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice stand-in shower. It was a little on the worn side, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast (Sunday) was very good although it would be nice to be able to order from a menu in addition to the buffet.

Everything was fine for a short stay, although if I were there to visit Hamburg, I wouldn't stay so far outside of the the city. We were just meeting friends for an evening who live in the area. The bar isn't comfortable, and no snacks available. I wouldn't plan on spending any time there. Only one small bottle of water in the room and no refrigerator.

room was much bigger than most European rooms. Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Location was perfect for us as my daughter lives 2 blocks away. We will most likely be back !!!!! Leo the bartender and his assistant intern were excellent.

The location is perfect. Bus stop nearby, and the neighbourhood itself is amazing, very green and relaxed

The staff was very kind and helpful.The breakfast was very good.

My husband and me were surprised over the high parking price. Last time we were there parking was much cheaper.

Stay ruined by awful receptionist named Monika.I had nearly zero sleep for 2 nights due to how terrible the duvets and pillows are at this hotel. I didn't get a chance to complain the first night as I had to leave for the day as soon as morning came due to my reason for travel. I complained the second night after my tolerance gave way...when I went to reception to ask if they had any other pillows, the receptionist "Monika" said "well you should have told us yesterday", laughed in my face - literally - when I was trying to explain. She did not care at all. Zero customer service. Awful member of staff that should have their position reconsidered.

Nice & comfortable. We paid for extra bedding but it was a good recommendation.

Restaurant choices limited and a bit expensive. Less expensive options just a few minutes walk. Room a bit pricey
