    • The location is excellent. The city centre and all major sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
    • many things to choose between and you can order special eggs-adn The Birch Berner -wauw
    • I stay here quite often. It’s not a typical business hotel but more of a trendy traveler spot in HafenCity. The hotel has its own restaurant with excellent staff, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere — perfect if you’d rather stay in than head out into the city.Despite the hotel’s international feel, it’s surprisingly hard to meet people here. There isn’t really a common space designed for socializing, which feels like a missed opportunity. The rooms are comparatively large, especially for the price. A nice touch is the Bluetooth speakers so you can play your own playlists. The neighborhood consists mostly of modern new-build apartments. Many residents don’t bother closing their curtains, so you often get a glimpse of people going about their lives — a bit unusual.

    Cons -

    • The room was way too small considering the price we paid for it. There was no wardrobe, just a couple of small shelves to put our clothes. There was a problem with some small bugs we found in one of the beds due to neglected dirt under one of the mattresses. However, when we informed the staff, they reacted and cleaned accordingly. This spoiled our stay though.
    • Ginger or green shot in the morning
    • The bed wasn’t comfortable, and I don’t know why. But perhaps it was just me.

Excellent room with fantastic decor, including a custom-designed wallpaper that had its own catalogue to show you the cultural significance of its features. There was a vinyl room where you could play music, hangout spaces including vintage typewriters and old skool Nintendo 64. The breakfast was good. The elevator decor was like the inside of the cargo hold of a ship. Fascinating attention to detail if you know your ship history.

I was confused about how to use the sauna and the changing space etc. was not separated by gender; I didn't feel clear on the norms when I checked in or through the ample literature in the hotel room. Our hotel room was next door to the not-sound-insulated elevators which began running with customers from 6 am and it was REALLY NOISY.

    Location

Internet didnt worked, at allBoth wifi and cellular, they switch my room, but same one , 2 floors up. They dont clean your room, unless you stay for 3 nights minimum, but they charge the same, and they are not communicating it upon checkin. Staff trying to be nice, but they really dont care!

Extremely friendly anḍ accommodating staff. Organized a transfer to the restaurant and assisted in general matters. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Hafen City, with the new shopping mall, University, underground train station and many other amenities nearby.

Breakfast was miserable. If you pay 46 Euro for two, you expect to be treated like any other guest - whether you come early or arrive late. We came 30 min before closure, and literally, only bread crumbs were left over and some dried-out rolls. More or less the same for cheese and 'wurst', though thanks to the friendly staff, we've got an extra plate with some cheese. Next time we will book without breakfast included, and enjoy the many coffee places in the new Westfield mall.

Great location in the HafenCity area, only 25 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. Really nice features in the room as well in the entire hotel. Great communal areas and sauna overlooking the city.

    It was all good.

the location is nice, staff were very friendly.

The interior is so gimmicky and unaesthetic, but I could have seen that on the photos so it’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby. The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.

    1. Shower water pressure was quite weak.2. Shower was quite small.3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

In this trip I only stayed one night and was somewhat pressed for time. Check in took almost 30 minutes. Only one staff member and a huge queue of guests

25hours was great as always, super kind staff and great easter eggs all over the place

    10DanielPosted on: 3-19-2025

The location was excellent, the room was cosy and stylish. Breakfast was perfect and in the evening the bar was beautiful, great drinks with a lovely laid back atmosphere to round off a day of visiting local attractions

Friendly personnel, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, wonderful sight from the room window to the harbour.

Light concept, it was too dark as well as the mirror in the bathroom was too far away so I could not see properly while making up.

    9SamPosted on: 2-11-2025

Clean, modern hotel with quirky decor, good amenities and friendly, helpful staff!

A bit of a walk to the centre of Hamburg (although very close to a U-bahn stop)

    7DavidPosted on: 1-24-2025

Breakfast was good. Restaurant was OK but limited menu in the evening. Room was comfortable. Restaurant staf were very good and attentive.

Reception staff were friendly but often had to call for for help. For example they couldn't find my reservation without help from the manager. Didn't know how to print off a copy of the bill without help. Some training would resolve this.Furniture in the lobby had no back support.

Room very nice and a good location. Complementary toiletries and minibar. Nice lounge area with table football.

Staff completely incompetent or malign - hard to tell. Put me into a different cheaper room than the one I booked. Changed it when I raised the issue. Took an unauthorised payment from my card for somebody else's dinner in their restaurant. Still trying to get it sorted. Dealing with this nonsense spoiled the whole stay. Breakfast very average. Not as good as breakfasts at other 25 hours hotels.

I fully recommend the hotel. I have spent 2 amazing nights and had wonderful time in Hamburg. The perfect location of the hotel allows reaching all sightseeing points easily and quickly. I liked most of all the unique interior design of the facilities and their cleanness.

Its stylish decoration impressed me on my first arrival. The location is great. Uberseetier Station (U4 line) is just a few minutes' walk. Tourist attractions like Elbharmonie, Maritime Museum and warehouse blocks are close by. Neighboring large-scale property development is seen near completion stage. It will become more lively and prosperous.
