The building is old and facility are far from fancy...rooms are dark, and not cosy, windows were to the street side and it was vefy noisy with opened window from the bar outside, and that on Thursday.You get 1 key (we were 2) and should give them to the reception every time when you leave the building

The room was clean, and the bathroom was also very nice. The breakfast was fine, with fruits, scrambled eggs, and more.

Please be aware that there are numerous clubs in the area, so that some music may be audible in the room. However, it was not a problem to sleep.

WIFI signal is not very good. Need to leave the room key with front desk when going out, which is inconvenient. Hotel is in red light district so can feel sketchy or unsafe when you arrive at night time.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet location. Walkable to the things to see in Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Super helpful and friendly staff.

The neighbourhood is not very enticing, offering only basic food outlets and bars. The in-house bar has a very limited range of drinks

Breakfast was good. Kettle was in the room. Big space. A little dark but ok. Parking was very narrow but not very expensive

Difficult to park a car at the front of reception to check in as there weren’t any hotel places to park.

The location is excellent – everything is within easy reach, and even though the hotel is situated in a lively nightlife district, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. It’s perfect for those who want to be close to the city’s main attractions without dealing with constant noise.

There was a strong chemical smell throughout the property, which made the stay less comfortable. Parking is not motorcycle-friendly – you have to figure out where to park on your own, and the staff weren’t very helpful with guidance. The available parking nearby is quite expensive, and motorcycles are only accepted at two spots next to the hotel; we ended up paying €40 for two days.

Close to the train station

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. I accidentally left valuable Chanel creams in the bathroom of my room. When I called the hotel that same evening, I was told to call again the next morning. The next day, the receptionist said they didn’t speak english. I then sent both an email and a message via Booking, and had to wait two full days before receiving any kind of response.Since I was still in the city (fortunately staying at a different hotel), I went to the hotel in person. The staff was dismissive and careless, simply saying they hadn’t found anything and there was nothing they could do. Even when I explained the value of the items and how much effort I had put into trying to reach them — two calls, two emails, and no reply for three days — they acted with complete indifference.

It was close enough to the venue for my work

The male staff of the hotel were unfriendly, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The staff made a mistake of requesting a payment upon check out while booking.com charged me later again, twice actually. When I called the hotel to find a solution, they told me this was not their problem, literally. The customer service from booking.com eventually cancelled the charges back to my credit card, but the whole story cost nerves and stress, and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant.What's more, the staircase between floors had a very strong and repugnant stench, to the point that it made you want to vomit. Even though I was on the second floor, I had to take an elevator to avoid the stench.

Location is amazing, everything was very clean, 24 hrs reception.

Wasn’t very soundproof towards the hallway. We heard the cleaning cart from very early on and people passing by.Shower could have been better.
