Pros +
- Rooms were comfortable. Good WiFi
- The location is perfect for our needs and totally fine for a short stay.
- Late check in possible. Spacious room.
Cons -
- There was no reception. It’s more of a restaurant with bedrooms than a hotel, hard to find staff for questions. You can smell the restaurant food in the corridors and some days even in the bedrooms. They are doing renovations so you get woken up around 7pm no matter if you want to.
- Second TV wasn’t working. Broken Picture frames.
- The hotel definately needs some renovation. The room could be cleaner, I have seen lot of dust.

Very Friendly staff & great Italian restaurant
Breakfast not served (at least on Saturday's)
- Friendly staff- Not bad room and bathroom size- Free parking in the facility
If you are here because you came to Hamburg, the hotel is far from the City. The location is not bad if you have a car. If you come by an electric car, there is nowhere to charge it in or near the hotel.
Disappointing
When I came, they redirected me to another hotel because this is full, allthough ordered via online booking. Have to drive 10 km to another hotel. They should have gave some discount for this but did not offer any. Towels were not completely dry.
There was no one to open the door when I arrived even after informing had to stay out the whole night
