The heating and hot water

Where do I start - it was filthy I mean it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, there was a mouldy smell too and the kitchen was unusable and needs environmental health intervention

The room was clean.Public transport is easily reachable, and the hotel is close to the city centre.There are shops close by.Although it was a tad bit cumbersome, I liked the no personnel check-in system.It was a bit confusing as to whether one has to check out using the terminal as well, or if it is enough to just put the room card in the container.

Sometimes, the taps in the bathroom released a little water when the facilities were used by the people in the other rooms of the building.The floors were somewhat creaky in the halls and corridors.

No reception, no breakfast, no person to talk, no possibility to leave the luggagr for several hours

The hotel was cheap, but for a reason.

Someone knocked on our window in the evening which was very scary. The room was not clean, and there were spiders a lot. Would not recommend. No staff in the hotel lobby and check-in and -out was difficult.

Basically a good accommodation, bed was clean, bathroom was ok.

Parking was full of random delivery service vans. 3 vans blocked 7 parking spaces ?‍♂️ back entrance doors were still open, no matter time.

The room was clean, we saw the cleaning staff and the lady was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, the mattress was a little hard but not uncomfortable. The room could definitely do with a kettle with tea and coffee, there was a kettle in reception with not very much to offer between the hours of 9am-6pm. That was the only downside for us, everything else was exactly what we needed.

The only thing I liked about my stay was the location.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was a spider on the floor, and overall, the hygiene standards were not up to the mark. This needs improvement to provide a better experience for guests.

Impolite Staff- Dirty Rooms

The Apartment had bed bugs and when we questioned and requested for another apartment, the property manager said they will call the police since we were making a fuss about it. Ofcourse we will make a fuss when we pay a premium amount and get bed bugs. They were extremely rude and impolite. I would not recommend this property to anyone. No Refund was received

Room was very clean. Bathroom was modern and pretty.

Check in after 6:00 pm was a horrible experience. Self-checking machine would not allow me to check-in (see screenshot for error message). It was cold outside and I had a big piece of luggage. You have absolutely no way to contact support from the machine itself - you have to call them and if you don’t have the means to call a German number from your U.S. cellphone, you are screwed. I had to activate my “roaming” service and actually call a friend of mine who lives in Germany to have her call the hotel for me. It was a nightmare. Internet was extremely slow. If you are a remote worker/nomad, please be aware of this.

Arrogant stuff, mold in bathroom. I was given room called Moscow, even though I’m Ukrainian

Check in automated. 100 meters from bus stop. Very convenient for a short stay.

As described, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, overall a good room. Easy to reach the station nearby by bus. You can get to Hamburg main train station in 20mins.

Nice quiet room. Staff friendly and helpful

Smoky smelling room. Moldy bathroom. Hard to move curtains. Heater was set to MAX level in SUMMER!!
