    Pros +

    • Newly build A fantastic stay overall. The hotel is newly built with a modern, cozy, and very warm design that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk to Nyhavn, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. A nice bonus during our stay was that the minibar, including a few drinks, was included in the price.A few small points to consider (but nothing that would stop me from giving it a high rating): rooms on the lower floors don’t really offer a view, so it may be worth upgrading if the hotel offers this for a small fee before arrival. There was no kettle and tee in the room. My work PC didn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, though I didn’t investigate the reason further, so this may be device-related. Public transport (bus 2A) is about a 5-minute walk away, but bus wasn’t very reliable during our stay.
    • nearly Perfect
    • Very cool interior. Room was super spacious and quiet. Bed and pillows very comfy!

    Cons -

    • The breakfast people talked a lot and did not keep their eyes on the guests while the people responsible for Dinner did a Great Job.
    • I booked for sleeping but I wasn’t informed there was a party til 4 am Earplugs coudnt be provided . Breakfast not worth the money
    • That none of the hats in the shop for my husband

Fabulous hotel, in a quiet location with great views, gorgeous interior design, access to parking, within walking distance of the city and amenities, great staff. We loved it!

That none of the hats in the shop for my husband

Quirky, clean and great facilities in a fantastic location.

You have to request kettle facilities at check in (wasn’t advised of this) and no breakfast tea provided. Mix up with billing meant we paid twice for our room although this was rectified quickly.

Everything! Loved the design/decor and common lounge spaces to sit. Beds were super comfortable and noise control between rooms/floors was excellent. We also ate at Tiger Lily and that was a great meal too. Buffet breakfast was also great with the option of fresh items like omelettes to order. We were a family group with three rooms and everyone felt the same way about the hotel - we did really love our stay

A tiny thing - tissues in room could have been softer

This hotel is so much better than it looks in the photos! It is really beautiful and so stylish and cosy, they’ve made such an effort with every element of the design and experience to think about the guest, it feels like a home away from home! The staff are so lovely and helpful, the location is awesome like 10 mins walk to everything, great atmosphere and a very cool rooftop bar with great cocktails. Couldn’t reccomend more, we’d come back in a heartbeat!

    That we had to leave!

Stunning room with view of the river, spotless, staff at reception were so friendly and it’s a really peaceful area - we weren’t disturbed by noise from other guests at all.

    Nothing!

Great room, great views, fabulous staff, comfy bed, great location

Gorgeous hotel , building , location , great staff , shop , Tiger Lily restaurant & bar on 8th floor. Easy bike rental too. Rooms so comfy & unique. For a super stay just a little bit away from the center but within easy walking distance of the metro & ferry bus. Good coffee places & restaurants nearby too.

    10JenniPosted on: 12-17-2025

We loved the quirky, interesting decor, the spotlessly clean and quiet room and the lovely big windows with a great view. The proximity to NyHavn was perfect.

    Nothing!

I loved almost everything about the stay, the location, the design, the amenities - all are excellent. I came for a concert that was held nearby and stayed and slept well for two nights.

Would've been a ten, but.The pricing is, well, Copenhagen-like, which is making a hole in your travelling budget per se. Apart from that, I had a very bad luck at the check-in when the staff were trying to charge me for the stay plus a (ridiculously high) refundable deposit. Their faulty system blocked that large amount of money on my account, which led to: a. spend my time in CPH on a very low budget;b. stress me the f out;c. making me leave the hotel without finishing the payment, because I was unable to pay while I was there;d. having to pay via link sent from them via email (sketchy these days, innit?);e. have my money unblocked after over a week.I'd much rather pay via booking.com than onsite in the future!!

Cutest rooms ever, loved the 1st floor lounge with a fireplace and the cocktail bar upstairs was also very nice :)Special appreciation for the very lovely person who was there when I checked in and checked out. True hospitality mindset and a perfect start and ending to the guest journey.

    Nothing to mention

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.

    10ClarePosted on: 12-7-2025

Staff, location, restaurant and great friendly atmosphere

If they kept their bar/cafe open a little more into the evening. They offer a great lounge in the foyer of the hotel but no where to get a variety of drinks.

The design, the room view, location

House keeping cleaned the room every three days. Not often wnough

    6RichardPosted on: 12-6-2025

Lobby is nicely fitted out. Location is good.

The garden rooms look out onto a dead garden. The hotel has no real amenities. Training seems to be sorely needed. Staff running around and not much happening, particularly in the cafe / working space behind the reception. Service id rate as a 3.5 star hotel.

Modern and clean. Superb position, large and clean room
