The location was excellent! Close to the main square with a metro station that can take you everywhere in the city

The room was a bit small but exceeded our expectations because of the cheap price and it’s location

Friendly staff and good location. The room was good, excellent shower.

The room was very nice and confortable. The location was excellent, near the main square, metro, places to eat, supermarket. The breakfast was nice, buffet style, with american coffee, breads, cheeses, fried mushrooms, fried tomatos, fried potatoes, fruits, cereals, milk, iogurte, orange juice. You eat and drink as much as you can. You can plan the room cleaning through the ipad.

The bathroom does not have sanitary shower. The breads for breakfast could not be heated. There was only american coffee, which is a bit weak. In order to have a stronger coffee, you need to pay. It seemed that the heating was only on during sleep times.

Great location. Smart facilities. Luggage storage provided.

No light button for toilet. So if you go toilet at midnight you have to find the pad to turn on lights. Glass wall of the toilet might also woke up partner. Took some time to set the lighting section.No coffee machine inside room or in lounge.

Fantastic location, central to the train station and the city centre. I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was spotless, bed was comfy, and the shower was lovely.

No room on either side of the bed, so you can’t actually step out of the bed. There also aren’t any plug sockets near the bed.

The lay-out of the room. Having to climb over each other in bed was odd and not expectedBreakfast was very average for this kind of hotelSystem failure which meant I paid twice (thru booking.com and at Hotel) and had to wait for credit)

Excellent location. staff were helpful. On site storage for checking out when you have a later flight that was complimentary. Bar on the top floor and area to relax. Rooms were comfy, bed was huge. Very modern with the iPad controls which I enjoyed.

The rooms heating didn’t seem to be working at full capacity

We had pre-paid our room but on arrival were asked for payment and I had to produce my email confirming pre-payment

We didnt eat there, just stayed, but it was a lovely room. the location was very central as well which was really helpful as we planned how to get around - very near public transport too

Modern rooms with iPad to control lights, curtains and TV. Comfortable room and shower. Located close to Copenhagen central train station, Stroget and Tivoli.

Could be improved by having cups/glasses available. No kettle or complimentary tea and coffee.

Worst hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Even though we set the temperature to 24°C, the room was extremely cold. Most likely the air conditioning was not working, even though it could be adjusted to 24°C from the iPad.At 6:50 a.m., we were woken up by the noise of a drill, which continued until 9:00 a.m. I believe such work should be carried out between 11:00 and 15:00, between check-out and check-in, not on a Sunday at 7 a.m. when guests are sleeping.In addition, the room is very small — the bed goes from wall to wall, and this is supposed to be a king room.The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Disturbing.

The room was dusty & dirty Shower wasn’t clean had left over hair in it. Sheets had stains &&& it needs to say on bookings that they will warm your food up but you can not eat anywhere on the lobby floor.

Completely overpriced

I’ve always loved staying here, but unfortunately won’t be staying here again as the prices have gotten completely out of control since CitizenM was acquired by Marriott. It’s now cheaper to stay at a full service hotel nearby.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Configuration of the bed and electrical configuration. We had 2 CPaps so we had to sleep at foot of the bed. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was great, healthy choices and endless coffee too.

That you had to climb out of king size bed!

Room very small Little thing : No glass in the room,

The room was a great size and soundproofed. I didn't hear any other guests, and there was minimal noise from the busy street outside. The blackout blind was very effective. I really enjoyed being able to cast from my device onto the tv. The water pressure in the shower was good - there was a fixed overhead and an adjustable shower head - and the hairdryer was strong. Water can be refilled at a tap beside the reception desk. The location was also great. Perfect for accessing walking tours (they leave from right outside) or bus tours (leaving from around the corner). Everything felt within walking distance.

I thought the room was well laid out. The bed was large and very comfortable. As shown in the photographs, the bed is against the far wall and is only accessible from one side. I was travelling alone, so this didn't cause me any issue, and I was happy with the room, but it might be a consideration for some travelling in pairs.

Spacious room, king bed, smart tablet to control facilities in the room. Rain shower was nice. Free luggage storage which was really helpful, helpful staff. Clean sheets comfortable bed, black out blinds were really nice.

Shower was a bit smelly at the start, but it went away quickly
