Location, cleanliness, soap, and the view.

The room was too small.

Location was a bit out of the way from town center

Very nice modern hotel with classic look. Location is good so we were only a few steps to the central station to catch our train. They have a DJ in the lobby bar, so cool. The outside pool was cool too, but did not try it, as there was still snow. There were some vikings in the hotspring, and it looked fun.

location, design, staff, comfort of the room (despite it's not super spacious), breakfast was incredible, really nice restaurants inside the property.

it would have been nice to have an indoor pool and a bigger gym, I also didn't like the reusable flip flops in the room, didn't feel very hygienic.

Villa Copenhagen is pure luxury from the moment you arrive. The location is ideal, right by the train station. We also loved the roof top pool and sauna - we went in February so being in the heated pool surrounded by snow was such a wonderful experience. The team at the hotel make you feel very welcome too.

We didn’t book breakfast - but I wish we did! It looked amazing and the bakery next door was super busy so we struggled to get in there.

The location is amazing - the lobby areas is amazing for a break for colouring the city. Rug Bakery is so good too!

The room was tiny - we took our baby and in our opinion the room was not suitable to have a baby cot additionally in it. Also in the cold winter months there is barely any hanging space so no coat storage. On the whole our room was not adequate in size - but aware there may have been more premium options. If we had been told about the practicalities of having our baby in the room, we probably would have picked.

The entrance is confusing andthere is no doorman outside , we had to go to the parking and continue walking to the hotel cause it was just too difficult to stop in front of the door

The hotel breakfast was amazing! Such a huge variety of food to choose from and the cardamon buns were incredible!The rooftop pool was fabulous and we really enjoyed using it and the sauna and gym.A great central location, moments from the train station so easy to get to from the airport and close to the Tivoli Gardens.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the spa and steaming swimming pool in winter. Close to transport,shopping and historical centre.

We had small issues during our stay. The staff manages the problem in a kind and proper way.

Family room was smaller than I expected

All aspects of this hotel offer comfort and relaxation, from the large lobby area and bar with light food to the well-appointed rooms and filling buffet breakfast. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Convenient to train station and Tivoli, and just a 10-15 minute walk to National Museum, Library and Palace

Front entrance needs to be better marked for taxis

Staff were attentive. Very clean and modern hotel. Delicious and lovely breakfasts.

We had a room on the first floor on both the Friday and Saturday evenings they had functions on. There was incessant house music clearly audible until 2pm Friday night and 1pm Saturday night. We were given ear plugs! Not acceptable foe a 5* hotel.

The breakfast selection was amazing and the staff very friendly. We had a nut allergy but the staff was very accommodating!

Very comfortable bed and nice linen. Swimming pool and sauna were fabulous. Delighted to find that our room was ready when we arrived at 11am!

Room was a little small.

The location, the architecture, the lobby and the style of the room were all great. The breakfast was very good.

The room was slightly small for a family room. The hotel is quite big and you need to walk a long way from the elevator to the rooms, it is not very convenient for small kids, family rooms could be closer to the elevator.

Central location - clean relaxing and well managed throughout with professional standards of excellence
