Probably the best overall hotel stay I have ever had. Location is amazing, rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy and the breakfast was incredible. Hotel has an amazingly cool/chill vibe.
Nothing. Perfect stay.
most of the staff was amazing. For some, it did feel a bit too corporate/forced.The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous in the location is amazing.
For the cost, the room was much too small and not entirely as advertised.while I’m sure the food was very good, the cost of dining in this hotel is prohibitive. given the endless dining options in the area, they really need to be more competitive in their pricing.
Staff, bed, size of room and bathroom, location, kettle and coffee maker, nice big windows that opened, mostly very quiet, free breakfast as compensation for noise on one night.
Noisy music from party on Friday night required ear plugs. Glass doors on bathroom meant light from night lighting shone through into bedroom. Would have scored it a 10 without these issues.
Location Location Location and the hotel interior
The bathroom sink doesn’t have counter or enough space to place all skincare
Everything was exceptionally amazing! The location, the facilities, the friendliness of the staff.
The room was much smaller than booked.Location of the hotel is perfect.
The size of the room, I booked a king room but got a very small room, nothing else was available!!Also construction noise early every morning.
Hotel was in a great location and brand new so clean and in good condition. Very stylish and chic and has potential once they work their kinks out.
Service was exceedingly mediocre especially in the bar and restaurant which seemed to be perpetually understaffed. Check in was also delayed and I was supposed to be comped a drink which was charged to my bill at checkout and I didn't have time to dispute this. Lots of work to do.
Loved the staff, lounge area, my room and the scent of the hotel was exquisite!
I stayed too short!
Superb design, beautiful location, wonderful staff.
Rooms of the same category vary in size; music in the restaurant/lobby is too loud and enters the rooms.
I love the vibe and atmosphere at the lobby. Breakfast is amazing. I did yoga class on Saturday morning, rented bikes and I loved the decoration of the room. Hotel feels like a club/ home.
The only thing to me that didn’t work was the mattress, too soft.
1 Hotel CPH had only been open for about a week when we stayed and I was very impressed with how out together everything was. Everything was a smooth process and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the guys working at the concierge desk.
There was construction across the street during the week that if we had not been leaving the day it started I would have liked to been informed before hand. But did not bother us since it was our departure day.
1 Hotel Copenhagen is beautiful. Such good taste: the texture, the materials, the lighting; the care with acoustics, the bedding. Wonderful. It’s a delightful concept, unifying sustainability and design. The staff was extremely kind, every one of them — specially Daniel the concierge left a positive impression. It’s a new hotel, and I wish them all the very best. They deserve it.
It’s almost a great experience because the foremost goal of any hotel is to provide a good night of sleep — and 1 Copenhagen didn’t. The high-quality comforter blanket is thick and very warm; but the oddly noisy air conditioner never goes below 19º C, so the room is too hot for the blanket. I asked for lighter options, but they did not have anything appropriate, though they tried. So there’s a mismatch between bedding and room temperature, and I slept poorly every single night, unfortunately.
Amazing location in cityClose to lots of great restaurants and barsClose to metro, super convenient Staff were exceptional. Especially Katherine and Lorenzo on the front deskGreat bar and dinner recommendations and super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
Unfortunately the hotel is being renovated and there was some construction noise with drilling at odd times Also hot water issue which was fixed after a couple of days of only warm showers
Exceptional
"Wonderful stay, amazing room, and good beds. I was aware of the renovations but didn't expect it to be quite like this. I really missed the large and beautiful lobby, as you entered directly into an elevator from the street instead."
I liked location and the room. Was surprised at not being told that the hotel was under renovation, the restaurant closed etc. Have staid at the hotel before and felt cheated and not getting what I expected and paid for.
The guests should be informed about most of the amenities being closed and the working going on during the day anoying. The prices for staying should reflect the situation in some way.
Room was good
Woke up before 7am due to constructuons. Almost all facilities closed which I was unaware of such as all level 1, bar, restaurant, outdoor area. It was not possible to get a drink at a bar nor was it possible to get room service.Bad lighting in the room.Cut in service since I was there one year ago.
Currently under major construction. Will be nice when it is completed. The hotel is doing a pretty good job at minimizing the impact of the construction to the open 3 floors. Pity there was no hotel bar or restaurant.
