    Pros +

    • the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
    • Loved the location. It was easy acces to all the sights in Copenhagne. The restaurant for dinner is amazing. Free breakfast was a major plus.
    • Wonderful location. Gym and wellness center were amazing. The bar staff was exceptional and the restaurant wonderful as well.

    Cons -

    • The price was way too high. The rooms were small.
    • Housekeeping was hit or miss. Two of the nights we didn’t get turndown service but were able to get more water and towels by speaking to management.
    • With its dark blue walls, the room was bit unwelcoming (not really "hyggelig"), a different choice of colour would make it more cozy. The wardrobe is too small (even for one person). No space to store travel bags. Room was still not done after lunchtime - something I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Spectacularly cool designed restaurant, excellent cocktails from the small bar, tasty breakfast and dinner, super-friendly restaurant manager at night. Luxurious bathroom. Staff in general very friendly. No noise from the street with closed windows. All sights within walking distance.

The property is A+….and the Suite type room is very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The morning breakfast service is extremely nice!

Honestly I have no complaints. The staff and condition of the property are top notch. The leather ottoman at the foot of our bed had some stains (probably red wine) but otherwise the suite was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, spotless, lovely restaurant and great included breakfast

Room was smaller than expected having booked a loft - it looked larger in the pictures online. That said, it was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and overall hotel was great. Expensive though at nearly $700 AU a night.

    Great location

Booked a deluxe room but was very disappointed. It was very small and basic. The breakfast was also very basic.

    Decor, opening window, helpful staff

We didn’t stay as the room offered was sooo small. Had been very well photographed

Rooms tiny no storage - we didn’t stay

    7SimonPosted on: 7-12-2024

    Location

The room sizes were small even by European standards. no flexibility to upgrade or pay more for a bigger room, ambivalent attitude to helping guests, not enough staff attending the front desk. The exception regarding staff on the last day was amazing help loading the car when we left.

The bathrooms were lovely and so was the wellness centre. Very clean and not busy at all. The aesthetic was good.

    - literally the wardrobe was the only storage for two people as well as the wardrobe being too short to hang up dresses- no milk in the room to make coffee and tea- could hear screams all night if you opened the window- staff weren’t friendly- water was literally only just warm the entire time- for a “superior loft double” there was no superiority about it. Was just an overpriced and basic room with a nice (but very small) bathroom

Great breakfast, great spacious room, great accomadating staff

    the sauna was not working

    6MargauxPosted on: 2-7-2024

    - The furniture were nice- Rooms were very quiet and resting

    - The sizes of the room which were very small- Not a large food offer at the restaurant- Our shower was sinking and we had to change rooms but we did not get any commercial gesture and remained in the same room category- No one asked to bring our luggages in the room- Overpriced for the quality of service

Nice design, relax atmosphere, cosy rooms, nice wellness area

    Small indoor sports area

the hotel itself is beautiful , it is fairly centrally located, the food is excellent, the style of the rooms is modern Danish and very tasteful. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I booked a junior suite and it was really a room under the roof with zero views as the walls were slanted. So be specific as to what you get when you book. Also, there were no basic amenities (tea kettle, some cotton swaps) and I had to call reception to get it. Not a big deal, but for a 5 star hotel a bit surprising. Also: the hotel is located on a very big busy street, so make sure you ask for a room that is located away from that. Staff is very junior at reception and they had little to offer when it came to some insider tips as to where to eat and what might be great exhibits - but of course, you can google this yourself - I am benchmarking this with other 5 star hotels I have been to. Clearly, I am spoiled :-).

The hotel was perfectly beautiful. Scandinavian design as expected, clean, elegant yet comfortable and cozy. The staff was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and made me feel very welcome and at home. they helped with everything and made me feel very well taken care of.

I would’ve preferred to be even more central

    Location was a bit off.

Extreamly small rooms considering the price and room selection category.

    Location

Rooms are tiny and don’t have amenities.Equipment in the room is broken and you can’t access room service. They didn’t change bed sheets until I chased them.Sauna wasn’t working or turned on most of times.Breakfast wasn’t good.Overall minor stuff but when you pay such expensive stuff you expect more.
