For Copenhagen prices, it was a good choice. The full digital check in was a good experience.

I’d say that the room was too small. I had so little space to open my luggage. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was not that clean I think.

Tiny room (only 2m wide) the double bed fills the whole width so you have to climb over each other.Shower and toilet are ensuite, means that there the room narrows further to 1 meter. OK for one or two days considering the reasonable price.

Great location and really nice staff. The room was very compact - perhaps a little two compact for two people. But it was clean and everything worked really well.

The location is pretty good where the center station is nearby. The room was clean and suitable for solo trip. And staffs offered me a great help to deal with my problem.

If the hall could be more quiet in my checking-in day,and the everything would be perfect.

I liked the location it was 10 minutes a walk from the Tivoli garden. The room was nice, very tidy and there was even a TV with many different channels.

My room was at the end of the corridor and sometimes the WiFi wouldn't connect and you need Internet to open your room door. I had issues with my data so I needed to go donwnstairs to connect every single time and then "run" to my room. I think the wifi should be perfect in every room since it is needed to access the room / elevator, etc.

Lobby is large and comfy

The location is perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a nice lounge on the first floor as well.

Small, simple single room with minimalist design. So close to København Central Station.

Drain system in shower was not operating properly. Water accumulates immediately at the bottom. Towels may be cleaner.

They should have a “permanent “ hours restaurant ( only for breakfast) There is a coffee shop next to the reception but I wish we could find more options offered in the coffee shop It was just a suggestion

Location: 5-10 mins from the central station - close to Tivoli Gardens and the city hall Room: spacious for 1 guest - it has comfy pillow and duvet - TV - enough sockets for charging - A/C and heater working - internet conenction was okBathroom: it was ok but not so spacious shower area.Check- In: it was fast since i used the online check-in/out Overall Rating: i give it 8/10 it was comfortable and nice stay

The only toiletries provided is a generic liquid body wash. Im just not sure if they provide other toiletries such as toothbrush and small bar of soap. I didnt ask since i always travel with my own.

Rooms perhaps a little small! Bed jammed between both walls and against the window. May not suit everyone

Location, location, location. Price was good.

There were a pair of women's panties that fell out of the towels when I opened them to use them. This means either someone put their panties in the towels or that panties were washed with the towels. I don't known what's worse. Bed was comfortable but the pillow is the size or a ravioli. Bathroom has a mold or mildew smell that stinks up the room. There was debris on the floor, definitely not thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast has few items and they get depleted and don't get replaced.

Good option for staying near city center (20 minute walk) without breaking bank

Bed had two separate comforters which wasn’t quite adequate nor comfortable. Cleaning is an option and you have to let the staff now every single day you need to. At the time of my visit weather was super cold and there’s no way to heat up the room at your wish
