Slightly noisy from train but acceptable

Clean and roomy for a studio; also near the waterfront; air is fresh.

A little far away from the city hall with about 1 hour ride include the bus waiting time.

The room was a full one bedroom apartment.

8 minute walk just to get to the train. Very few restaurant choices nearby.

Beautiful modern hotel

Location is not convenient and it's right by a highway. There aren't many restaurant choices around the hotel area either.

Location and interior. It's close to everything we needed, a very short walking distance to the cruise terminal and bus stops. Neighborhood was very nice. Very clean and well equipped room and kitchen.

For foreign travelers, power adaptor can be a big deal. When I asked to borrow one for a few hours, one front desk staff blatantly declined saying the hotel don't have any. Later when I asked another younger staff, I got good help and got what I needed.

Ease of check in,room size and kitchen.

The suite was huge, quiet and a spa on the 8th floor.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We initially booked this hotel for two nights, but after seeing the room, we decided to book a third night as well. The staff made the process really easy and we were allowed to stay in the same room.

The only thing we did not like about the hotel was we had issues with the temperature fluctuating in the shower. The temperature would cool slightly and then be very hot. Otherwise this was a great hotel.

Staff was helpful from checking in to getting us a roll away bed to checking out the next day. Location good for walking around, visiting Little Mermaid, and a short taxi ride to our Disney cruise.

The Area is quiet and far from tourism chaos

I asked for 1 more hour of late check out and I have people every 5 min at my door asking if I was ready. That was the only downside- not really taht bad.

Not much, it was pretty average. I booked there for the sole reason of the pool an hot tub. Which neither one was working at the time.

The location was a bit further than expected from the center of the city. It was not reachable from the metro. And the hot tub an pool was broke the whole 4 days we stayed there.

Our standard room was actually a mini suite with a full kItchen, including stove and fridge as well as a sitting/dining area. It was extremely quiet and restful. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the train station.

It is a good thirty minute walk to city centre. The shower runs hot and cold - but we found this at other hotels in the city as well.

All the amenities. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, balcony. It really was like an apartment

Did they really need to charge for wifi in the rooms? To me that seemed just a bit much.Also, in an apartment, you really need a place to throw your trash larger han those tiny trash cans.These are minor quibbles though

The apartment was spacious and had great amenities including a washer and dryer which we used. The breakfast was great and very filling. The staff was very kind and when our room wasn't ready right at 3pm to check in, they gave us some free snacks and drinks to tide us over until it was clean at 3:30

I'm just not a fan of carpet in hotels/apartments so that was really the only downside. Otherwise everything was great.

Everything was perfect - staff was friendly and very helpful, especially helping us navigate holidays and different working hours, booking a cab on a Christmas day, etc. Location was good, in a pretty lovely neighborhood, not to far away from the public transport as we saw some people commenting here (we were visiting with a baby and a stroller, took us like 15 mins of pleasant walk to get to the bus or metro). There are shops and restaurants close, so you can find everything you need right next to the hotel. The breakfast at the restaurant was really tasty. Sound proofing- great. Beds - cozy. We had a wonderful experience.

This was like home away from home! We could not have asked for more comfortable accommodations. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!
