Location is just the best. It is in the middle of everywhere and only 10 minutes walk from the Central Station.

Nothing much. Only wish the room is bigger. But we are in the most expensive city in Scadinavia. Maybe you can not ask for that.

Location is amazing. Hotel is clean and comfortable and nicely furnished.

Room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was excellent. Staffs are friendly and kind enough. The location is convenient for public transportation and good for sight seeing.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Although we couldn't check in early, there was a place where we could leave our luggage. They offered a room upgrade for an early check-in, but we declined. The room was a bit small, but the location was very central, right next to the city hall. We could easily get anywhere. The rooms were clean and warm, with daily cleaning available upon request. The room was well-insulated from street noise. Since we checked in online, it was difficult for the reception to find our reservation; I wouldn't prefer online check-in next time. Overall, the hotel wasn't loud or noisy. There was a nice bar and plenty of seating in the lobby. We were satisfied overall.

The location of the property is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can also say that the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite impressive. It was very filling and unusually special for a hotel. They also helped us with an early check-in. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Clean room, great breakfast

I put in the filters that we wanted free parking but when we got there, we found out that we had to park in a public garage which was $50 per night. The photos online showed a beautiful view, but from our room all we could see was scaffolding and construction work. So the view was very disappointing

We reserved for 3 adults with 3 beds. But only one queen bed and a roller bed. Contact the front desk told they have nothing to do.

You should told and advised we book 2 rooms.

Break fast was good. Location was awesome. Bed comfy. Clean.

The heat wasn't in so it was freezing. I didn't realize there was a separate control for the heat until 2 days in but it didn't matter because it wouldnt come on. I was only there a short time so i didn't bother talking to the front desk. Also, they could use some self service laundry facilities.

Great breakfast with a wide range of choices and service. I love the location, just a very short walk from metro and Tivoli.

Lifts not all working

Location is great - very central and 2 mins from Metro.Good breakfast for a Nordic hotel - good choice and quality.

Shower power was not great.Bed comfort was just average.The noise from the neighbouring buildings was terrible. It was a really heavy bass until after 3am each night. Ear plugs don’t work for bass - you could ‘feel’ the noise and it disrupted our sleep each night.Three lifts servicing 6 floors of rooms and they were very slow and busy at peak times.I could probably overlook all of the ‘issues’ except the noise…
