Room was nice

Felt bait and switched when hotel told us they had a taxi service for a certain amount and was then charged twice the amount.

AC in 1 corner of strangely configured room so half room sweltering and half room freezing. Charged me for 2 people when I was alone. No soap for shower so had to step out of shower to wall dispenser near sink whenever needed soap. No amenities.

Older hotel, so a lot of stairs. Bathtub/shower almost needed a step stool to get in and out of. Shower pressure was not very good

It was all I needed for a short stay.

The location was very close to the city center and the main attractions, and it was easy to get around on foot. The only downside was that the single room with a single bed was quite small.

Location and the gym were excellent.

On one side the Bed had almost collapsed, the springs in the mattress had failed. We ask for a replacement but nothing was available.

The view from the window was good.

Rooms were really small and outdated. The bed style replaces only the top bedding, thus your skin will touch the part of the bed which is not washed. The bathroom was flooding. Coffee machine was not working. No complimentary water bottles provided. The safe was closed but as we were just staying one night, we didn’t bother complaining.

Besides a very stylish room, it was also very comfortable. Couldn't hear a sound from outside, despite being in the city centre. Really loved the location. Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Felt 'at home' at once. The bar service was very professional.

The room was really small and the carpet too thick. I got allergy and felt sick.

We stayed for 3 days. The room and facilities were very clean and beautiful. The staff was extermely accomdaating and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

The bed was super comfortable! The staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. This place made our stay in Copenhagen go beyond our expectations.

This time we had a problem with loud ventilation, which was not solved during our stay. Small shower space and water was flowing around.

Location perfect. Did not buy to breakfast. Rooms small but comfy.

Bathroom with bath tub. Not good for 60+ that just want a good shower.

Breakfast when busy was a little crowded as the majority of foodstuffs are laid out in one area.
